Stopped in this place for a carry out lunch. Bad representation of the franchise. Customer service,horrible. Older lady bringing the food had a rude attitude. If you dont want to be at work, stay home. Service was slow.

It's okay for a quick bite to eat. Chicken, Biscuits, Dirty rice are good. The Service was very good.
Went inside to order. After ordering our meal "to go", we sat for 15+ minutes waiting in our meal. During this time, we visited the restrooms that both reeked of urine, as if it were the airfresher. But that's not all. After that 15+ minutes, the gentleman that ordered after us was served his very large meal. I walked up to address where our food was to which it appeared they just didn't make it. So we waited more to be served our "to go" meal as a dine in meal. Frustration is an understatement. We had to wait again for have it repacked. We were just traveling through, so I'm just praying that I remember this and don't make the mistake of stopping here ever again.

I can't believe this place stays in business. I've been coming to this spot on and off for about 2 yrs and a total of maybe 20 times. I'd say 15 times they didn't have legs or if they did they were scolding hot dripping grease and RAW.Im always either missing part of my order or the whole order itself has been wrong. I've called and complained and thr manager offered nothing. Not a gift card a free piece of chicken or even a I'm sorry .I'll never in my life come back to this spot

Stopped in because the neon sign was advertising a new peach cobbler entree. Of course, we decided to purchase. It was very tasty and fresh We even made a pit stop at another Bojangles and purchased 2 more. An excellent choice, nice flavor and not overly sweet.
