I really love this place but it is not a sit down place unless it's summer. The staff is always so friendly and patient even with my complicated orders. Love the pup cups, and the various forms of almost every drink (frozen, iced, warm). Perfect for a quick stop on my way in and out of town.

I was at Creama today and there were two high school aged girls working, it was busy and they were making drinks very quickly to help people as fast as possible. A lady was being rude and trying to rush them even though they were doing great, not taking more than a minute to make any of the drinks and cleaning as they went. They were very polite and didn’t get upset with her at all. They were also able to help me figure out what kind of drink I wanted and made it perfectly!!!

The ambiance was very enticing. We were greeted by the Owner Steven and we’re extremely pleased to see how friendly/inviting he was. Little Italy of N.C. We will be a regular at this slice of heaven.

This isn’t my first visit to Crema and, each time, everything has been pretty spot-on… until this morning. I ordered a simple hot latte with whole milk and, upon picking up the cup, noticed it felt a bit light. I didn’t think anything of it until I got down the road and popped the lid — only to notice the cup was only half full with milk.
Yes, I realize lattes are supposed to have a (THIN) layer of foam that likely reduced; however, if I wanted all the foam I received today, I would have simply asked for a cappuccino. Instead, im left with an approximate 8oz beverage (out of the 16oz I was expecting) and a full price charge on my debit card.
I’m not asking for any refunds or trying to get anyone reprimanded, but rather to encourage consistency and quality in hopes of strengthening the foundation of what keeps local small business alive.
