Dave's Pizza & Subs

The food is amazing! We love their pizzas, salads, cheesesteaks, and cheese bread sticks! The customer service is top notch! I went in to pick up a to go order this evening and was carrying my sleeping toddler. An employee carried my food to my car since my hands were full! It was an act of kindness that meant a lot!

I work alone day at a hospital, and I said I was going to stop at Daves because I have stopped There before. Tonight was different. I don't know what went on. I don't know if they're trying to know
Save money But all I know is that I ordered 2 strumbolies.
And a l extra large pizza. When I got home, the esolo's pizza with pepperoni and sausage was okay, but when I checked the box of the Stromboli, it was like they didn't have any toppings in it. It was really flat.It was not worth the money at all. So I call back to the restaurant. Some guy answered the phone.
I let him know what my problem was, or what the situation was with the strumbolis. He really didn't seem to care. He tried to rush me off the phone.So at that point, i'm assuming he was the one that made them. Like I said I've had them in the past. It's been a little while. I know everyone wants to save money during this time and especially
Now. I'm not trying to give up on them, but I need y'all to fix my food. The way it's supposed to be. I could have just gotten and extra large pizza, instead of strombolies, because at this point, it was a waste of my time and my money. So anyone that goes to Dave's pizza in Marsville in North Carolina i advise you not to pay for anything until you see the results. At this moment, I want to give them 2 stars because like I said, I did order a extra large pepperoni and sausage pizza for my sons And they had no complaints. If and when I go to Dave's again i will check my food my order before I walk out the door!!!!!

I Order a calzone pizza ,told her exactly what I wanted and have her to read it back and let her know that she left off hamburger, she said okay. Get the pizza for lunch and it was wrong. This is not the first time before they put pickles instead of green peppers. They wanted me to come back today and bring it up there for them to make it over, I told them it will put it in a zip lock bag and refrigerate it, bring it back Friday. They didn't want that, I told them I don't have time and my next trip i will by there will be friday and they didn't want that and simply state to me That Is Not Their Problem and they will not honor it. I do understand it a small business but for customers service like that I would not tell no one else to there!

Ordered a peperoni and mushroom pizza which was repeated over the phone and asked if I needed anything else. Got there and they decided that peperoni and beef are the same protein. Pizza was meh besides the fact that even after they repeated the order to me over the phone they screwed it up. Maybe I'm just a "slow" person or the employee on the phone as well as myself has a hell of a speech impediment. Go to pizza hut or polk mountain

I hate to give three stars because I really like their food. The last three times I've attempted to eat here I've been told it would be a 45 minute wait even though no one is in the dining room. I understand you probably have a lot of to-go orders but I think you should be able to make a sub in between orders.

When you callan oder in you will be put on hold and no one get back to you I call 4 times each time I was put on hold after 3 minutes I was still on hold
