The food is amazing! We love their pizzas, salads, cheesesteaks, and cheese bread sticks! The customer service is top notch! I went in to pick up a to go order this evening and was carrying my sleeping toddler. An employee carried my food to my car since my hands were full! It was an act of kindness that meant a lot!
I Order a calzone pizza ,told her exactly what I wanted and have her to read it back and let her know that she left off hamburger, she said okay. Get the pizza for lunch and it was wrong. This is not the first time before they put pickles instead of green peppers. They wanted me to come back today and bring it up there for them to make it over, I told them it will put it in a zip lock bag and refrigerate it, bring it back Friday. They didn't want that, I told them I don't...
I hate to give three stars because I really like their food. The last three times I've attempted to eat here I've been told it would be a 45 minute wait even though no one is in the dining room. I understand you probably have a lot of to-go orders but I think you should be able to make a sub in between orders.
