I had chicken soup, it was delicious! It was piled high with shredded chicken breast and had the perfect amount of spice, so good on a cold day. The queso was good too, I ate all the chips! Service was great, never ran out of tea.

1st time. It was recommended by a coworker. Food was delicious, fresh, hot, full of flavor. There are not many options on the menu but the food was pretty good. Definitely worth trying out if you want a nice Mexican dish.

Wow smh. I've come to this restaurant as long as you have been in business but I took my friend from out of town here last night and was completely embarrassed. Last night, our food tasted old and was severely overcooked. We were told on the way out it was "cash only" due to card machine being down and that the sign was on the door stating "cash only" had been there all night. I can assure you it wasn't there when we walked in. A little inconvenient to pay when all we have is a card. We ended up using cash app to pay. I probably won't be back.

This is a fairly nice place. We were seated but had to ask for more silverware as we were not provided enough. After looking at the menu, there is a lot of options to choose from so if you're potentially picky you should have no worries coming here. The chips and salsa provided are about what you'd expect, very average. I recommend ordering queso for your chips as opposed to the salsa.Once we were ready to order, we had to explain our order multiple times as the waitress spoke little to no English which isn't a big deal but it does make you wonder why you'd make someone who is the person you'll be speaking to through out your meal someone who you'll have a hard time communicating to.Our food arrived and it was awesome. Really great portions and nothing was raw or overcooked. The prices are a little high but I believe the environment and options on the menu can justify the price to an extent. This is a really nice place to go to for Mexican food, and we'd definitely return if we were ever coming through Marshville!

I truly wish the food was as good as the service. This restaurant is in a super small strip mall in a very rural area, short of the signage there is nothing notable or "mexicany" about the decor. I assume it's likely the only Mexican offering given the size of the town. We visited on a Friday night, about 6pm. They weren't super busy but did pick up towards the end of our meal. Everyone was very friendly. Our waiter, a young man, was happy, welcoming and provided great service. The beginnings of our meal (greeting, beverages, ordering, etc) were so awesome that I thought we may have just found a gem. 5 stars for service. When our food arrived, it was "meh". It wasn't horrible, but also it wasn't good. If Golden Corral served Mexican, this would be it. I ordered pollo fundito, they were small and awkwardly presented with completely unmelted shredded cheese all over them. The rice was total mush, the beans were clearly from a can. My wife ordered a taco salad, it "was what it was". I'd give the food a 2.5 star. Again, it was edible and the service was outstanding. If you are looking to eat ok Mexican food, it's worth the stop for the service, but it's doubtful I'll be back.
