That is the worst sub that I have ever ate in my life at Subway. She did not put flatbread. I did not get flatbread. I got wrap the darn thing all fell apart so it’s like eating a salad. I think you know that you need to get somebody in there that knows what flatbread is and other than wraps so I’d like to have my money back. I’ll bring my receipt down there. I will not be eating at that subway anymore, and I will let people know and know exactly how she done flatbread with a wrap.

I use the app to order three sandwiches and all three sandwiches were made incorrectly. The app told me when my pickup time was and I sent someone to get the food for me because I was at work. They arrived when the food was supposed to be ready and when they got there the food was just starting to get made. There where no customers in the restaurants and explain how their day had been slow. One sandwich was supposed to have no mayonnaise on it and it was absolutely covered in it. Another sandwich was missing the mayonnaise and had mystery sauces on it that were not supposed to be on there. The third sandwich was missing ingredients from it. I would say it tastes good but lately all I've gotten are very sloppy sandwiches with extremely hard bread. I could actually do with the sandwich being made incorrectly and it being sloppy had the bread actually been edible. They don't accept coupons and they do not accept any of the in-app offers that Subway is advertising. Now I normally go inside and order My sandwiches they're really good so I don't understand what the issue is with the sandwiches being made so poorly through the app. I tried to call back about my order and no one would answer the phone. I bought the sandwiches for myself and two other co-workers and ended up having to pay for all three sandwiches because they did not want to purchase their sandwiches after I bought them because they were wrong. For almost $40 for three sandwiches you figured they would have got them right or I could have at least had them remade but no one would answer the phone. You got to do better.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is typical subway. Fountain drinks always taste disgusting unfortunately. I don't even bother getting a drink from here anymore.

The young lady was trying so hard to handle about 8 to 10 customers by herself. She was alone in there working which made me mad because that is never okay. My main issue in there was the place needed a good cleaning. The window to the food casing was very filthy and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. There were dead bugs in the window seals right by the tables. The floors had dirty foot prints all over it. The sides of the fountain machine and napkin dispenser looks like it was wiped down with a dirty cloth looking at the dried dirty streaks.

With a good cleaning this place should look a lot better on the inside.

Wish my meatball marinara had some sauce on it not just meatballs. Everything else was fine. It got kinda busy and it seemed one lady was running it alone and was doing the best she could. I didn't complain or ask for more either as she was trying to make multiple people's orders at once. Why do most subways seem to only have 1 person running Everything by themselves?
