I love the fried baby shrimp and shrimp fried rice here. The lady knows it's my favorite and always has nice things to say love her.

General Tsos Combo, didn’t really care for the chicken a lot of it was super chewy and just gross. The rice was pretty bland as well. Got a chicken wing combo, wings were fine. Crab Rangoons were terrible, filing was so runny, never seen rectangle Rangoon’s before, and they weren’t crunchy, more soggy/underdone, very chewy. I wouldn’t eat here again. Save your money. About $10 per plate, $7-8 for crab Rangoon.

If you're in the area and want some basic Chinese takeout, this is your spot. Nothing amazing here, but it doesn't need to be, it's good as is and always delivers the same quality. Consistency is key after all, and Top China hits the spot when you're in the mood for it.
