Used to be good. Now they never have anything I go there for, such as: spicy chicken nuggets, chocolate chunk cookie, Cinnabon pullaparts, the list could go on. And their phone isn’t on
I come here pretty regularly to grab my kids something to eat. Today, however, around lunchtime I had ordered on the app as usual. I ordered an orange soda for my daughter. I get to the window and was handed a clear soda. No worries I thought. The man slammed the window back open, and I said “I am so sorry but I think I had order-“ before I was rudely interrupted and told “I KNOW WE ARE OUT. I guess I’ll just THROW THIS AWAY AND MAKE SOMETHING ELSE. “ I was so shocked? He snatched it out of my hand, threw the cup away, and decided himself to give me a fruit punch? None of it was a big deal except for the sorry attitude. Why hand someone pure carbonated water and then get pissed at them for it? He returned with my kids food and I went to say “thank you so-“ and the window was slammed in my face again. I was so in shock during this whole interaction. I’m also very glad for his sake my husband was not in my vehicle, or this situation would have turned out far differently. Most of the people I encounter here are short but pleasant, but this little guy had his panties in a wad.

Wife just got home with food. They made a rude comment about her checking the bags and embarrassed her so she left. Got home and found out one of the burgers we paid for was missing.

Roach running through the dining area during the day. As hungry as we were we dined elsewhere. I read a review they had roaches crawling the wall months ago so they don't seem to be exterminating. Disappointing.
Did not get what I ordered. I went through the drive thru and was in a hurry so I could not go back.

Food wasn’t fresh had to ask for fresh fries as always when I ask the older lady was touching my other food with her hand didn’t know if they where clean or not the manager he had a attitude because I told him I didn’t want the food because she had touched it that same employee that touch my food reached in the trash can right after and that alerted me what If she did that before it’s always something

Dawgggg i just asked for some sauce at the window after getting my food and they talking about “okay but you gotta go back around” they got about 10 cars behind me. Im not waiting in no line again for no dipping sauce acting like they couldn’t just give it to me right then and there.

I just got a biggie bag. It’s 10 o’clock at night. Everyone was really friendly and nice !! the lady with the red hair or burgundy hair the lady with the blonde hair And the guy with the locs. And to make things even better, my food is all fresh thank y’all so much:)

Went through drive thru @ 5:00pm 9/7/25. Not a smile, thank you or any pleasantries and honestly rude. The 2 workers male and female seemed to not like the job very much and when we asked for ketchup the young man said “we are out” we then also asked him for a receipt the young man said “it didn’t print”. The young women’s did bring us some ketchup in a container. The young man came back and again said “the receipt did not print and they are out of paper”. We said that’s not what you said figuring he would put paper in the printer and return with a copy. He then left and we just were done at this point and drove away. You would think they would train them to load the paper in the machine? Or is it just plain laziness or maybe just don’t think they really cared all that much! When we drove around there were 5 cars sitting in the drivethru I wonder if anyone will get a receipt?
