My husband just left wendy's in marshville, nc, ordered two frosties, one chocolate and one vanilla and they gave him two kids size. He handed them back and said he had ordered two small. They proceeded to argue with him back and forth about what he ordered. This happened 2/15/24 @ aroung 4:00. No sense in this. No customer service.

I stopped here for a burger and had a terrible experience. The restaurant was alright indoors. I ordered the single Dave's burger and it was terrible. Truly disgusting. Like salty garbage. It was room temperature, at best. Obviously had been sitting out for a very long time. I took one bite and threw it away. Unfortunately, this order was a to-go order and I could not inform the staff how terrible their food is.

This was a nice Wendy's! Clean.... employees were nice and food came out quick and was very tasty. Can recommend!

Our order was for 4 Adults and 2 Children they shorted us a Fry, butter and sour cream for the 2 baked potatoes and sweet and sour for childs chicken nuggets. I understand patience with worker shortage but at least give me what I pay for..
