The avocado toast looks nothing like the advertisement with like two or three pieces of bacon crumbs on it 😅 and as expensive as it is I want my toast exactly like the pic EVERY time. I had to wait one morning for close to 20 minutes and my son ended up late to school because their staff was so slow- his order was very simple so there was no reason to have us waiting unnecessarily. The manager always seems stressed out of her mind almost like the customers are bothering her. I just wish people enjoyed their jobs and made customer service a priority. Sadly, those days are long gone especially at this dunkin location.

Came through here this morning to order some donuts. I ordered “6 maple glazed, 6 chocolate glazed, and 2 strawberry glazed.” I ended up receiving the correct maple and strawberry donuts, but the chocolate ones were chocolate cake style donuts
which is interesting considering I ordered all the donuts the same way. I opened the box once I arrived at my destination and realized they were incorrect. Didn’t think it was a big deal, but I did decide to go back and make mention of the fact that they gave me the wrong donuts. Heck, they are expensive enough, I wanted to get what I actually ordered. When I came back inside, and explained this all to the employee, he said he remembered me (funny because he wasn’t even the one who gave me the order) and he said that I confirmed to him I wanted the cake style donuts, to which I responded and said, “ok, I definitely didn’t.” And then I just plainly asked him, so you’re not going to make this right then? And then he said “well, you could order some more.” I wanted what I paid for. Completely ridiculous considering I’ve come here a number of times and never had this issue, and on top of that this particular employee just didn’t feel the need to make sure I ended up a satisfied customer. The donuts aren’t even good, and they’re too expensive to not get what I paid for. This will be the last time I come here, would prefer to support a local shop anyway.

I’m a dunkin fan and this location constantly skimps on filling up your coffee. Today’s was egregious. Not only was it foamy for some reason but after it settled a bit the drink was only about 2/3 full as the cup carries more volume near the top after the ice. Often it’s only 3/4 full. Is it that hard to fill up a drink someone paid for? Add in they fill the cup to the brim with ice before filling and you literally get a few swings and it’s empty.

Honestly I havent been to a Dunkin in a while but this confirmed why I don't like them. Egg croissant was barely warm and donuts were decent but my coffee was disgusting!! Didn't taste like coffee at all just extremely watered down milk! Blah! Disgusting!

Decided to run in to this location. Been here many times. Today I walked in, proceeded to counter. Did not get a we will be right with you or anything. I was paying with cash or I would have paid via app or kiosk. I sat here for a bit. They proceeded to take multiple drive thru order. Still nothing. No on else in there waiting in line. Like I was bothering them. Only way I got a response is by asking if a manager was here. There was not. I did receive the name of the lady that was in charge and the person that was ignoring me. (I will not name)

Could have done a little better on the customer service. I did not order and left. Customer service is not at this store today with these employees.

The young people offer great customer service, are friendly, and attentive.
I'm not a coffee drinker, but I am hooked on their iced tea. It's better than Chick-fil-A tea.
Consistently fresh. I'm there almost every other day to get a few glasses to take home.
Their turkey sausage is excellent.

Awesome staff and very friendly. Always clean in there. The one issue I have is the tea there. It costs over $3 for a large and the tea is extremely weak. It's 85% water and you can see through the liquid because they didn't use enough tea when brewing. I gave this multiple visits before posting but the tea brewing needs some major work. If I wanted water I would just order it or stay home. 5 stars otherwise though.

I am up from Pennsylvania visiting family. A guy in a long, curly, frizzy ponytail was extremely rude to me and a co-worker. I used to work in fast food, so I do not condone that. I also had an absent-minded seizure and had an episode, and he proceeded to make fun of me. Say i was being rude with his back toward me, not knowing I had it. Something needs to happen, and to the girl who said I've been here for 2 years, you're doing amazing.

No music in the store. No greetings to customers when they are walking in the store. Chai latte was not warm enough. Teenagers who were working were not smiling or looking like they want to be there even with their reindeer hats.

The lazy boys that work here complain if you do a mobile order as a walk-in and then go to the drive-thru and vice versa. They make it a point to let you know. Please...SHUT UP & DO YOUR JOB! The girls do not complain at all. I guess having to walk 8 extra steps is too much work. Starbucks employees NEVER complain about that.
