We ate at your restaurant today, October, 28, 25! We live in Level Cross/Randleman! We went to Mayodan today to be sure we knew the way ! Our granddaughter is getting married in couple of weeks at a venue there! The food was so good, loved the fried pickles! The waitress was so nice! It took around an hour to get to Mayodan! We will be back to eat again!

Probably the best burger I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Best "out to eat" Burger ive ever had. Amazing, I just wish I didn't live so far away. Regardless the 45 min drive is worth the drive. This place needs to be acknowledged by some major production show. An American treasure!!!... oh, I didn't mention the prices. Some how I feel they are cheating themselves! much appreciated!

Lived in Rockingham county my whole life but visited here for the first time today. What a treat. Had the bacon cheeseburger and a couple of hotdogs. 5 stars. Huge burger with first rate toppings and plenty of bacon. Hotdogs were awesome too. Toasted buns, super yummy slaw and chilli. Doesn't get much better than this! Waitress was super friendly and on the spot with our service. Will absolutely be back!

This place is usually really good. The food is always great but tonight we ordered around 6pm and the lady who took our order didn't even bothered to verify our order and our order ended up all wrong. We ordered a cheese burger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and chili and specified that we did not want mustard or onions, but the burger had mustard and onions not lettuce or tomato or even mayo. If I was allergic, I would have had a reaction. Also I ordered a hotdog with just chili and slaw no onions, but it had onions. They need to teach whoever takes these orders to verify them back. The lady didn't even told us our total just hung up right after saying our food was going to be ready in 20 min. Lack of professionalism. Not sure if I'm coming back or suggesting this place unless you make sure they got your order right before driving away from the place.

If a customer visits your restaurant for the first time and stands by the register without any clear guidance due to a lack of signs, consider informing them that it’s a seat-yourself establishment. Additionally, let them know that there is an entire dining room on the other side of the kitchen that isn’t visible from the entrance, so they’re aware of all seating options. I recently experienced this: I stood waiting for a table, and suddenly a group of people walked past me and seated themselves in the back room. Then the staff mentioned there were tables in the back, but they were now taken by those who had just walked in. Keep in mind, customers don’t come to your restaurant to stand around; they come to spend money and enjoy a meal.
