I like that was actually somebody at the register a cashier McDonald's. She was young and knew and learning and she was very sympathetic apologetic and did not make me feel uncomfortable when I've been to someone else I have felt very uncomfortable but this particular front desk cashier was very very nice and I liked it there

Ordered coffee as my drink, and was met with a blank stare. “We don’t have coffee right now, we’d have to switch it out.”
“That’s fine, I’ll wait.”
“Let me check with them.”
Speaks to manager (presumably) and I hear her say something like “y’all let me know if anybody else orders coffee.”
Cashier comes back. “We don’t know when we’ll have coffee again .”
“You just have to make some more, right?”
“Right, but we don’t know when.”

The girl at drive thru was nice, but the service wasn’t the best. There was one car in front of me and it didn’t take them long to move on. However, I waited over 30 minutes with about 7 cars receiving their order after I ordered. The guy cleaning saw me waiting but didn’t bother to inquire. Another guy comes past the window and looks at me but kept walking. Finally a lady bringing someone else’s meal asked if it was mine which I said no but she said she would find out what’s taking so long. She apologized but the fact that they tell you to move forward and don’t follow up or forget is unacceptable. I didn’t make a big deal because they were handling my food but the service needs to improve.

Got 4 chicken biscuits for my kids and they were all raw . Caught them half way through eating their biscuits. Just hoping they do not get salmonella.

In my opinion the Bojangles in Mayodan NC has great food and the absolute friendliest and most professional staff of any fast food restaurant in the area.
So far as food goes, this Bojangles is hit and miss. Sometimes it's good and sometimes the order is wrong.
My biggest complaint with this location is the management. My teenage son worked here for 3 days, spaced over 4 weeks. He never was actually told he was hired, a friend told him. After 8 hours of training, which was split over 2 days a week apart, he worked 1 full shift. I guess he didn't wash dishes correctly. Then, he got fired, but management didn't communicate this. He learned thru the same friend. If he didn't do the job correctly, that's fine, but management should, you know, manage.

Absolutely the worst Bojangles . Twice we have placed online orders, showed up for pick up in the time frame shown in the app, had to go in for curb side orders and they weren’t ready almost hour later and then the food was cold and we were missing two items. They weren’t even super busy! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Poor management and customer service.
