I stopped at this location on my way back home to the Charlotte area from up in Virginia. The staff that day was the nicest of any location I have been to. The guy at the front taking my order, seemingly the manager, was very nice. Instead of calling over the speaker about the order being ready, it was brought to my table as I was just browsing on my phone. Figured most ppl only leave reviews when they have a bad experience, so I wanted to share my experience that day.

Food: why do i have enough gravy for half of one biscuit, but two biscuits? I paid for biscuits and gravy, not biscuits and a drip. The HUMAN service I received was good. However, the robot system needs some work. It shouldn't even let you order items that, during a particular time frame, are unavailable.

We are from northern ohio and this is our 2nd time eating at a Bojangles. Our experience was wonderful. Service cast, friendly and food was amazing. Also a great perk that it had Christian music. Huge plus. Thank you

I like that was actually somebody at the register a cashier McDonald's. She was young and knew and learning and she was very sympathetic apologetic and did not make me feel uncomfortable when I've been to someone else I have felt very uncomfortable but this particular front desk cashier was very very nice and I liked it there

Ordered coffee as my drink, and was met with a blank stare. “We don’t have coffee right now, we’d have to switch it out.”
“That’s fine, I’ll wait.”
“Let me check with them.”
Speaks to manager (presumably) and I hear her say something like “y’all let me know if anybody else orders coffee.”
Cashier comes back. “We don’t know when we’ll have coffee again .”
On a road trip looking for a quick bit ended up at this location. All we ordered was excellent at a clean location with good service
