Where to begin...a double whopper with cheese, no pickle and a single whopper MEAL with diet coke, and an 8 piece chicken nuggets turned into a double cheeseburger, single whopper and nuggets. FIVE repeats to THREE separate people and a wait so long we turned the car off while they got someone's # to remove the double cheeseburger. The order went from $13.xx to over $20. Then they said my credit card was declined, nope run it again and miraculously it went through. Get everything home....no cheese on that pesky double whopper and no fries for the single meal, and no receipt in the bag. I called to complain and was told they couldn't hear me and hung up. Surprisingly they did call back and seemed completely unconcerned as though they wondered what my issue was.
With all the fast food choices available it would seem management would work especially hard to be sure staff was properly trained, orders repeated for accuracy, and double checking everything was in the bag before furious customers depart. It will be a long while before we let BK do it their way to us again.

The person taking order did not listen to what kind of whopper I wanted. Paid a lot of money for two sandwiches fries and 2 drinks. The sarcastic attitude of the manager was very disappointing and disrespectful to senior adults. Body language and gestures were very rude. The bill was 26 dollars and some change.

I used to work there before I quit, this was my first job and one of the managers said out loud when I asked where something was “I hate when they pin new hires on me”, while closing up for the night I saw a cockroach running across the counter, same manager gossiped behind my back when I gave a note from a doctor explaining I was sick (she called me a liar on the phone with a higher up), AGAIN the same manager talks smack behind other employees backs on the phone—she gossips over the phone a lot, the thermostat is broken and sits at about 80 in both the kitchen and the dining room all the time. Save your money and eat somewhere with nice air conditioning.

Very dirty restaurant. The staff seemed to lack knowledge and guidance. Poor customer service. Waited 20 Mims to get an app order for drive through that I had to walk in to get. Bad experience.
The man who works there is the nicest person ever and he’s so funny, I wish he worked in my town instead.

We absolutely always get amazing service and food from this Burger King! Just went last night and the staff there ALWAYS make us so excited for the next visit. Never had any issues here!
