Their food is not what it used to be! The servers take forever to bring you menus/drinks and I ordered a takeout order tonight, called it in 15 minutes before and it still took about 10 more minutes to make it once I got there. The side salad had lettuce that had turned brown in it and the tomatoes were mushy. It’s just not like it used to be at all!
We go here occasionally because it's so close and reasonably priced. But that's where the pro's of going there end. The food is blah and strange portion sizes with appetizers. It's close to cafeteria type food. If you enjoy that, you'll really dig this place. Occasionally the service is OK, but generally it's very subpar. I like nothing more than when I'm surprised by a great waitress to be able to tip generously. If someone wanted to put some time, effort and care into this place, it could be a gold mine.

This was by far our worst experience. We were already sitting for 20 minutes before a waitress came and set down 2 straws and said she’ll be back. Another 10-15 minutes go by and she finally comes back and take our drink and food order . To top it all off I’m pretty sure we were not even in this poor waitress’s section. Meanwhile all of this is going on . There is another waitress standing at the table behind us talking to her family or friends . And talked the WHOLE entire time we were there . This waitress pulled up a chair and sat with the table and continued to talk. While the waitress that took our order was running around helping 3 other tables . 2 of the tables were over a party of 5 . I heard the waitress that stood around and talked was the owners daughter but I’m not too sure how true it is . If it is shame on you . Before you hire anyone please at least make sure they know basic customer service. This review is not at all about our waitress. She definitely tried her best. Props to our waitress Bella you did an amazing job!!

I went here over 6 months ago with my grandmother, and the food was very bad. wings were tiny, and my kitchen experience told me that it wasn’t cooked right. the queso from our appetizer was basically soup, chips were basic and saltless. Mozzarella sticks were genuinely the only thing that tasted good, but it’s nearly impossible to mess up Mozzarella sticks.
Now you’re probably wondering why i wrote this review SO long after I went here, and i’ll tell you. I was out to eat with my mother at the pizzeria down the street, and decided to look for some jobs nearby. I decided to apply to this place since it was right there, it’s decently close, and it wasn’t like i had to eat the food. The gentleman that i met was very friendly, and i left him my number because he said he didn’t have time to check. But he said he would call me over the weekend. The weekend goes by, and no call. I call on Monday, and i’m answered by an older man. I ask for the hiring manager and he replies in an almost annoyed tone “Nuh-uh, we don’t do things over the phone. if you want a job, you come in here face to face”. I politely replied that “I did come in, and left my number. I was told I would be called over the weekend, and never got anything”. He sighs out loud before saying in the rudest tone i’ve ever heard from a worker “Alright, well i don’t know who you talked to, but i don’t have any positions open. You can try again later” before hanging up. My mother who was sitting next to me while I was on speaker, did a double take and acknowledged how rude he was. Seriously? You wanted me to come in-person to tell me that you don’t have a position open?
This shows me that this restaurant isn’t even worth acknowledging.
This is not a place where you want to eat, and it’s not a place you want to work at. save your money, there’s a great Star Pizza right down the street that I highly recommend
This is the second time I done got food from here and found a hair in my food….. There was a long hair on my wings

We sat down and waited almost 10 mins before anyone came to our table and two young guys walked in about 7 mins after us and they were helped before us. One waitress kept moving ketchup from one table to another and checking people out and the other was taking phone calls and talking to her friends who incidentally came in after us. When we got up to leave and told them why they didn’t even make attempt to stop us or even act like they cared at all that we were walking out. We came in on 5/16 about 530 to 6 we were sitting in the booth next to patio door

Yeah i seen the review post on facebook that everyones talking about. Thats actually my dads friend, so i showed him the post. Dads talking about getting a group of military vets with their service dogs to go down and protest. My whole family will be boycotting this place.
Alright, listen up! I am absolutely LIVID after what I witnessed at your so-called establishment tonight. For the last two years, I've been a loyal customer, probably dropped a small fortune in this place, usually finding it decent enough for a 3.5, maybe even a 4 stars on a good day. But tonight? Tonight you showed your TRUE colors, and they are UGLY.
My wife and I were finishing our meal, ready to pay and leave, when a local soccer coach and hero walked in – a decorated combat soldier, someone who served this country, and yes, the very same man you probably seen walking with his miniature horse. He had his family with him, and his SERVICE DOG. He politely asked for a corner table, so he could see the full room at all times and what did your staff do? They treated him like dirt! Tried to shove him out onto the patio! Not once not twice but 3 times. Even went and got a manager.
Let me spell it out for you: that is a blatant VIOLATION of the Americans with Disabilities Act! Are you people living under a rock? Do you have any idea the sacrifices this man has made? And you can't even grant him a simple request for a table inside with his service animal? It's not some trendy accessory; it's a NECESSITY!
And don't even get me STARTED on the pathetic excuse of trying to push him outside. A service dog is trained to be with its handler, regardless of the environment. The fact that your staff couldn't grasp this basic concept is beyond insulting – it's a DISGRACE to every single service member and person with a disability.
Honestly, the gall of your staff to treat a veteran this way makes my blood boil. You think anyone can just claim they have a service dog? You clearly have no clue what a real, well-trained service animal looks like and the vital role they play in their handler's life. The difference is NIGHT AND DAY, and any idiot with half a brain can see it.
Well, congratulations. You've lost a long-time customer. I will NEVER step foot in this place again, and I will be sure to spread the word about your disgusting treatment of a local hero. Your food might have been okay in the past, but your complete lack of respect and blatant disregard for the law leaves a truly foul taste in my mouth. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Staff is rude and food is gross.
