Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza was ok but really undercooked. Recommend asking them to cook it well done. Cheese was hardly melted in places and the crust wasn't browned and felt doughy.

Every time I go here there’s never any pizzas hot or ready. Last time I went to the drive thru it took five mins for someone to realize I was there then they opened the window and aggressively says “what’s up” like he didn’t know why I was there. Then last time I gave one more chance and ordered a pretzel pizza the lady in the back yells out “well we don’t have any pretzel crust made” then proceeded to argue w the girl and said well they have to wait a while. 15 mins later I come back and the pizza wasn’t even pretzel crust. I’m absolutely done with this careless restaurant. Owners please step up this is truly aggravating.

Employees in there wearing scandalous shorts, flip flops bringing their kids to work with them. Save time and money and go to Reidsville location

Don’t order online, you may get there any they tell you they don’t do that anymore. Ie, crazy cheese bread. Or you may get to the store, get met by employees that look and act like they hate their life. Lobby is closed but it might take forever to get anyone’s attention at the drive thru. Only to be told, “we have cheese and pepperoni” and will not say anything else (this was a few weeks ago but giving benefit of doubt we went back) This time the Food was cold, I don’t even think it sat under heat lamps. There is one lady that really needs a job away from the general public. I’d rather drive another 30 minutes to a different store can go back there.

The woman working today (4/9/25) was being so rude to customers in the drive thru and to my mom who was ordering a pizza in the store. Worker tried to hand her a pizza that was already made but she wanted bacon and pepperoni, so when mom told her that the woman said “you should’ve told me that” with such a smart attitude and when mom said never mind I don’t want anything she told her to get out of the store. She then put the “lobby closed” sign up. They were out of the pretzel crust and the crazy puffs. The woman’s customer service skills were absolutely horrible.

We went there today around 3 pm two places a large order for party we was told there was a limit of only two pizzia because she didn't want two make any more pizzia dough so they lost a lot of money today we went two Star pizzia and they was happy for our $200 order so I would not recommend this little Caesars

It's so bad I don't even know where to start first off the hot n ready is never ready nor is it hot got a pizza 2 weeks ago that wasn't even cut and was pretty much burnt you could definitely just look and tell it wasn't fresh wife goes back today and surprise it's still trash looks like it's a week old and the crust is so hard you couldn't cut it with a concrete saw place is a joke won't be back we'll stick with dominos

I’ve been here several times!! The customer service here from one person is always the worst.
She has zero manners, doesn’t know how to be polite. If you hate it here so much, leave, go somewhere else & be a miserable person. You’re definitely not a people person.
Don’t worry, I’ll find out who your boss & owner is & I’ll let them know.

I wish i could have given them ZERO star. But the least star that i could was 1 star. They are rude, racist, with ZERO customer service asking customer to leave the door because customer asked if they could get fresh made cheesy bread . Never ever gonna be back. Instead i am happy i left and went to DOMINOS and tried their stuffy cheese sticks and those garlic parm twists were the best.!
I guess the issue with this location is that the manager is the worst to start with. She does not know how to talk, behave, or even give a smile when customer walks in. Not only me the guy who was in front of us was not served properly and he asked for refund and to this manager says thats the best we made and if not talk to our corporate i cant entertain you. Trust me this location has no standards.!

Quick service, the employees were really nice. Food tastes great.

Place sucks will not ever go back.
