At this point just shut this place DOWN!! BOTH LOCATIONS. Who ever you have that does the hiring far as mangers and employees clearly can't hire staff that is capable of doing their jobs . They need to be fired and all staff in both locations need to be fired. You all need to close down until y'all have people who is trained properly to run y'all's business

I experienced incidents involving compromised cups, resulting in the spillage of a caramel frappa onto my clothing. This occurred after the beverage had entered my vehicle's cup holder unnoticed, staining my light-green trousers. I have previously reported similar issues with these cups. On a prior visit, an employee dismissively reacted to my complaint. After escalating the matter through multiple managers and filing a formal grievance, I was informed that, because I left the store, the damage may have been self-inflicted. I avoided the establishment until recently, following the hiring of new staff. Now, the straws are exhibiting splits. Therefore, I recommend removing the straw from its paper sleeve before leaving the premises.

Was good got biscuits and gravy. Was disappointed because had just enough grave to barely cover biscuit not worth 4 bucks.
Not the cleanest McDonald's I've been in. Lack of soap and toilet paper in the restrooms. Didn't look like they've been touched in quite a while.
lobby's tables were un-wiped, and the food felt quite average. The floor behind the line was unswept.
