Must just be this Hardee's, food is usually good but this place acted like they don't care, they just threw the burgers in some paper and tossed them to us. Just not good.

Maysville is limited with breakfast sandwiches so Hardee’s has the market here. Unfortunately, the last few times I have purchased breakfast from Hardee’s here in Maysville, the food has been very bad today. The biscuits were hard cooked too long not fluffy like you say they are so I’m sure you need a new biscuit maker. The steak was cooked a little bit too hard for the biscuit. The only thing that was good was the hashbrowns I don’t even go there anymore for chicken or other items in the afternoon because I can’t stomach that it seems every time we get burgers we get sick on her stomach so every once in a while, I bite the bullet and get breakfast but No more. You have lost my service. What a shame everyone around me praise that Bojangles will come here.

Worse service ever, always have attitude, got home after having to wait for the food, the double cheeseburgers were cold fries were cold and hard the tea was unsweetened apple pie wasn't even warm.. and when I called to tell him about the food the guy on the phone had a massive attitude what a waste of time it's the only restaurant that we really have in Maysville and these guys can't even get the orders right

I was surprised, disappointed, and really astounded when I was told when I ordered my hamburger that there is a charge for onion, tomato, and lettuce! Really??? I had not been to a Hardee's for a while so I don't know when this crazy pricing came into effect. I will not be going back at all. The manager was very nice in telling me about the upcharge and the service was good. However, when ordering a hamburger I expect more than mustard and ketchup on it.

The young man that served me last night was extremely rude over the intercom. I still proceeded with the order and to my surprise, the burger patty wasn’t even on the bread. He threw that food together, wrapped it and served it. Completely unacceptable service and a horrible presentation.

This Hardee's is located in a small town and are generally very busy with limited staff. Being in customer service myself I am ALWAYS impressed by how polite and friendly the employees are. They are doing a great job

Ordered 3 breakfast combos and the hash browns were extremely greasy and had a bitter taste. Went back for a refund and the associate acted like he couldn’t of cared less. I know it’s fast food but it should be edible . Maybe they will change their grease soon.

Hardee's Maysville NC. Worst Restaurant i have EVER BEEN IN .Went to make our order only 2 cars in the parking lot , employees must had parked somewhere else or what have you.. One of the Staff walked by , Wife and I on their cell phone ,no asking on our ORDER.Finally someone came to Counter, Made order took 15 minutes to get it..And our HAMBURGER WAS ALMOST RAW..Wife Actually got sick.Have pictures of BURGER AND RECEIPT IN THE STORE.. DONT eat in this.PLACE.
