Our third visit to ‘2 Twelve’ during seasonal shopping trips to Mebane, this time dining inside for dinner. Our prior two visits were on their patio for lunch (yummy burgers) and dinner (crab cakes, amazing chicken pot pie, coconut cake!). This trip we enjoyed fried oysters, the Southern Egg Rolls special, spicy Honey Sriracha Chichen (with delicious collards), Beef Short Rib Ravioli (rich and amazing), and an encore of coconut cake, cosmos, and wine! We were stuffed! ...

Went tonight for the 19.99 dinner had the tenderloin which was s tad tough and the frites were soggy, but the bartender was attentive! Atmosphere, very tense, was it because the owner was on the floor?

Fried green tomatoes had a thick batter. Not very appealing. Ordered the burger medium. It came out medium well and was burned on the bottom. Pasta salad was shells with no flavor. Onion rings appeared to be frozen. Was told they were made fresh. Heard too many good things about this place.
Will try them one more time.
