First time there. Went with my daughter. I had the half chicken with black beans and chicken soup as sides. My daughter had the Pollo Saltado. Everything was delicious. Will definitely go again. Only issue was that some of the tables were not clean.

My first time visiting with a friend. This place is extremely clean, friendly staff, very patient with first time customers. The food was very good. It is fairly priced, and the staff comes around asking how your experience was. I will be back!

I love the food but the employees and service here is very poor. You cant order online and not have them miss something and when tell them something is missing they feel offended. Management please do better. They to forgot to give me a 2L coke when it cost $5

Food was okay, chicken was a little dry. Waitress that brought food to table was not friendly at all. Had one order without onions for my daughter which had onions in it,and waitress acted angry about having to go back and get another. Never said sorry or even smiled. Friendliness goes a long way

Missing sides, $13 dollars for a 1/4 rotisserie chicken
You can get a whole chicken across the street for 6 dollars

I ordered online at 8:20pm. It was supposed to be ready at 8:40. At 9pm it still wasn’t ready. They didn’t have corn, maduros so I had to substitute fries, which is ridiculous from a Peruvian restaurant. Also I ordered two horchatas and they didn’t have any of that. It took them forever to figure they couldn’t refund me in the store. They have to send it to some administrator to refund me later. The only positive was that the manager said she would refund me the whole amount but it has to be tomorrow. I’m not holding my breath.

Pollo Saltado is the best!
This is by far my favorite place to eat in Mebane! I live kinda far but almost every time I'm in Mebane I eat here. I love that you can order ahead online now (that's recent).

I personally love Alpaca.
But beware of their pricing. Pay via debit card and you will see an "other" fee. They'll mention this fee is a convenience fee for paying with debit card. This fee is actually higher than most interchange fees merchant processors charge which is odd.
Not a very transparent way to communicate with customers.
