My wife and I decided to check this place out, I do love me some chicken! The food was good, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was great! On a side note, the young lady that rang us up(Annika I think) was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend!

We ordered half chicken with rice/beans, and tostones. The food was fresh and hot.

The large portion of chicken was tender and moist.

I placed an online order and by mistake scheduled the pickup for the wrong time. The staff was extremely patient and helpful. The worked efficiently to fulfill the order in a hasty fashion. Even regularly asking if there was anything else they could do for me. Wonderful staff!
The food is never a disappointment here so that was never in question.
Despite my mistake they never made it seem like a headache and took ever precaution to ensure I still had a good experience.

My wife and I were in town and decided to visit this alpaca store. We walked in and it was a great atmosphere and everyone was very friendly when ordering until I got to the register… Annika was the one who checked me out and she had such a hateful attitude towards me and my wife we weren’t greeted with a friendly smile but instead a blank face and she was not helpful when asking about our rewards and senior discount. Otherwise the food and other employees were great.

Been to a few of these locations over the years. This spot has a very sleek and nice set up. Ordered half dark charcoal platter, sides were great 👍. One of my two leg quarters was not fully cooked. Juices were bloody. They gave me a different piece. But for the costs for the product, the execution should be spot on especially since this is their number one thing on the menu. Flavor was there, again some staff seemed confused with what supplies they had on hand, like white or dark chicken... the one thing they sell. We ate there but everything was given in take out?? So $50 for two people not having to cook, and it not being table service. I could have just gotten a rotisserie chicken for a grocery store and been fine. Maybe an off night. But not worth the costs. Really really wanted to like this place... oh well.

First time there. Went with my daughter. I had the half chicken with black beans and chicken soup as sides. My daughter had the Pollo Saltado. Everything was delicious. Will definitely go again. Only issue was that some of the tables were not clean.

Peruvian food is one of my favorite foods and this place raises the bar on relatively fast food and AMAZING taste. Deserves the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating!

My first time visiting with a friend. This place is extremely clean, friendly staff, very patient with first time customers. The food was very good. It is fairly priced, and the staff comes around asking how your experience was. I will be back!
