By far worst Bojangles I’ve ever been too, zero seasoning on the fries and they were all wet and soggy, chicken was basically burnt and the breading was all ripped off, the biscuit wasn’t cooked and still was just dough in the middle

Their drive-through now uses an AI voice ordering system that, for one, should not exist in general, but it specifically doesn't function correctly. I sat there trying to get something to work, but I ended up leaving and getting food elsewhere.

First of all Me and my family are always on Bo time at this exact location everyday .. but today when we went to bogangles for. The 2 for 5 steak biscuits they were promoting outside in there sign when we asked for the promotion we were told they were no longer serving that promotion but clear as day was the promotion siting right out front for all to see and they continued to be very rude and very unprofessional and refused to honor the promotion on the. Sign all in all poor management all around

This was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. The dining room was gross. The drink station had a bag partially tied over it with water leaking from it. Ceiling to floors, this place needs to be deep cleaned. From what I could see in the kitchen, it was just as disgusting. It’s a shame that these same reviews have been left for years now on Google, but nothing has changed.

don’t do online orders unless you wanna wait for the rest of your life. i placed an order at 5pm, to be picked up at 5:35pm and didn’t get it until 6pm. lobby was full, while they kept the drive thru lane down. they prioritize the drive thru over the lobby. will not be returning.

false advertising on sign for nonexistent deal for 2 sausage boberry biscuits. they have an AI ordering agent who just slows things down. The employees wont make eye contact and they messed up my order so I can't get it fixed. I will never come back.

Waited in line for 20 minutes after placing our order. The restaurant was not busy at all. There was no one inside and only one car in front of us in the drive-through line. We could hear the employees inside talking and playing around however no one came to the window to take our payment or give us our food.

I had gotten an order to go to make my day easy. Turns out that when I got home, I got some stale reheated dried out fries and supremes. Along with a gravy biscuit that only came with a splash of gravy and green beans that tasted like they were out of a can. Never going to this one specific again. Manager on duty could’ve cared less.
