Waited in line for 20 minutes after placing our order. The restaurant was not busy at all. There was no one inside and only one car in front of us in the drive-through line. We could hear the employees inside talking and playing around however no one came to the window to take our payment or give us our food.

I had gotten an order to go to make my day easy. Turns out that when I got home, I got some stale reheated dried out fries and supremes. Along with a gravy biscuit that only came with a splash of gravy and green beans that tasted like they were out of a can. Never going to this one specific again. Manager on duty could’ve cared less.

When did we start talking to automated people to order. I don't like it. I want a real voice on that thing. I hate it when you gotta do it with your phone I don't want to do it at the restaurant to and it even messed up my order i won't be coming back to bojangles in mebane nc no more
I worked here and they violate child labor laws and roaches crawl across everything. Once the manager tried to fight my 17 year old coworker. Zaxbys is 15 seconds down the road. Close it down.
