Came to the drive thru around 7:30 Sunday morning ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit combo. Biscuit was definitely old and hard as a brick. The bacon and egg were cold as if it was recycled from the day before. Bo Rounds were old, not fresh and reheated. Never have been disappointed at any Bojangles but today’s visit and food was awful and worth mentioning.

Lost 2 (unrelated) cars at the drive thru because no one took my order - they said they would be right back but didn’t! We both went across the street to McDonalds. If you don’t have enough staff, be transparent and close the drive thru.

Service was bad then when I opened my sandwich up to put my condiments on my order was wrong! People don't like their job and they take it out on the customer, the ones who help keep the roof over their head now how dumb is that!

Been here to get breakfast in drive thru on 3 different occasions 1st time everything was fresh, the last time bo rounds were chewy and over cooked, this time the bo rounds are chewy and over cooked. I can tell the grease used to cook these was old ..and it was just before 6am but they open at 5am..I can't even eat them had to throw them out..plus I paid the up charge to make them a. Large...that's it I'm done with this location..for sure

Took 20 minutes for a 3pc supreme and the place looked like it had not been cleaned in a month. Flys all over the place and food and trash all over the floor.
Stopped on the way to the mountains to deliver supplies.. big mistake. At 730am the bathrooms were trashed and no one would take our order smh. After standing up front, 2 people looked at us several times, no one ever spoke to us. We left. Thanks, we'll never come back.

Didn't have the sweet potato pie, two of the three fry orders were cold and hard, iced tea tasted like yesterday's and the wait was way too long at the window (and without a word from inside as to why). Oh, and the words that were spoken to us were rude, and we felt like we were really bothering someone for even being there. Well, you asked.

The most rundown Bojangles I’ve ever seen! Peeling paint, dirty/torn chairs, dirty tables, DIRTY bathroom… you get the idea. At 7:25pm on a Sunday they had no dark meat, my fries were cold, no dirty rice, and my pintos were barely warm. The Cajun Biscuit Filet was good.
