Atmosphere wound be a N/A but went through the drive through this morning. Ordered Biscuits and gravy... combo and 2 of the amazing bo-berry cookies. It takes me 2 minutes to get home from this place, I get home... the Biscuit has disintegrated into the gravy and is mush, and it's cold. I have a hard time complaining in person, but i feel this was not acceptable. Make your food fresh like you state you do. Don't give me someone else's rejection or something laying on the shelf for at least an hour to get cold and turn into soup. Disappointed.

Ordered food on app on Sunday 4-14-24 at 12:45 they said they would have it ready and bring it out curbside at1:15 had to go in and get it myself at 1:35 manager was being very rude about it not a good experience and after all thst got food home and they didn't put gravy in box

Sweet tea seems much sweeter than average Bojangles. French fries were tasty but the Three tenders seemed significantly smaller than average. Seemed like a fingerling potato. Biscuit tasted burnt but didn't look burned

My husband went inside to pick up lunch. Manager was working drive thru, with a helper, the guy working the front had no idea what he was doing. No one acknowledged him for over 10 minutes till my husband said something. Manager was ridiculously rude, and threatened to call the cops because my husband had to raise his voice to get someone to take his order. Customers were thanking my husband for saying something.

It's the 4th time here in a year, and every time, im not liking this locationEverything I got today was overcooked it felt. The fish sandwich didn't taste right at all. Had at multiple locations. This on felt like been under a heat lamp for an hourNo tea in the dining room, no lids for drinks out, no white meat chicken. No napkins out. All the food was in back ..nothing at all in front casesPeople were super friendly, but this ain't a bojangles I will ever come back to
Every time i come to this location, without fail, they never have #13 available. Either all legs or they substitute it with other parts of the chicken and this last time it's a 15 min wait for thighs. I don't understand this, you sell chicken but never have it

I have lived behind this bojangles for over 2 in a half years this place has been the most terrible place in mebane that I’ve eaten at, they are always under staffed, it gets so bad that they will lock the doors because they are either lazy or like I said understaffed, the chicken tenders are usually burnt or over cooked bread chewy and very little chicken on the inside. The sweet tea is ALWAYS watered down on the inside because they never refill it/ keep up with it. I’ve gone here consistently for 2 in a half years it is just terrible and sad and I have never had an argument or problem with the people it’s just obvious this place is not being ran right and very little attention being put into it. I’ll elevate the awareness if it continues because this place does not need to be here they opened a newer bojangles 4mins from this one and it is way better service. This bojangles should be turned into a sonics with new management and all I’m sorry but this place NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED and I have had 3+ friends agree with me on this location

This has got to be the most welcoming Bojangles I have ever visited. Almost has a Cheers vibe to how they welcome you as you come into the door. Wish other Bojangles would do the same.
