Around all these truck stops and truckers, you represent Bojangles and North Carolina for those of us visiting, maybe the first and only time. Truckers, remember, these are children. Awful experience, by far one of the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The staff was rude, and when I asked for a sauce with the three meals that I purchased, the gentleman rang it up on the computer and charged me for it. I would strongly recommend dining elsewhere.

Young kids at the window not paying attention to customers, using their phone, not washing hands, then touching food!! Skimped on the family size macaroni n Cheese. Hispanic girl and boy at the window. Hispanic girl made the family size macaroni n Cheese and almost threw the bag out the window at me.

Awful restaurant. 20+ minute wait in the drive through. Staff were all dismissive and rude. Half of our food was wrong. Got a bowl of baked beans instead of a cajun filet biscuit?? The rest of our order was correct but chicken was cold and overcooked and the fries were flabby. Gross food, awful experience. Telling everyone I know to never eat here.

Sat in the drive through at the speaker for 15 mins waiting for someone to take my order. Drove around to the window and no one had a on a head set to even know that someone was at the drive through. Staff was not apologetic and still took at least 10 min to get the food. Food was decent but definitely did not have a great experience at this location.

Went through the drive thru and went to the speaker closer to the road because there was only one car in line so I get to the speaker and waited 15 minutes till I noticed 2 cars from the other speaker got there order taken before mine. So I ended up having to go all the way around the building again to use the other speaker bc there was a car behind me. If your not going to use both speakers put cones blocking the other one..

Trying to order breakfast for my crew. No one will answer in the drive through. Tried both doors and they're locked. Lights are on and I can see people inside. Sign says they open at 5:00 am. It's 6:45. I guess their lazy employees don't want to open the store. The company is losing a lot of money this morning. I've seen several vehicles pull up and leave.

If you are not using the second drive-thru, please place a cone or similar item to indicate its closure. You can replay the video. There are a lot of cars left because of the same problem . I was repeatedly told that I had skipped the line, even after receiving my order.l even told them I didn't skip the line. Additionally, on occasion, the bo rounds are overcooked, seeming like they were dipped twice in the oil and have an unpleasant taste.

For years I have longed to visit a Bojangles that tastes like it used to as a kid. None of them compare. Until now. On the way to Oxford this morning we stopped at Bojangles Mebane and let me just say, I called the manager to tell her how that staff showed up and showed out. Hands down the best fast food breakfast and best Bojangles I have had since I was a kid. Everything was literally cooked to perfection and the lady at the window was so friendly. 10 out of 10.
