Before I start, skip this Bojangles and head to the one at exit 154 near the outlet. This is the nastiest Bojangles anywhere in NC off I-85. A robot take your order but somehow the humans cannot fulfill it correctly, the sweet tea is water, the mac and cheese is made of paper and glue, the bo chicken sandwich does not have REAL bread coating. The lost goes on and on. I will never be too tired/lazy to head up to exit 154. Please, do not stop here. Your order will be incorrect and nasty. There is a reason why this Bojangles does not have a line. Shut it down.

I had a pleasant experience this morning. I ordered from the kiosk which was easy and my food was ready rather quickly. The biscuit was perfect - light and fluffy. Great way to start my day.

The chicken is pretty good, but the rice needs to be. To change it up a little bit doesn't taste like dirty rice. Other than that it tastes pretty good. And the price you can't bet it.

they use AI for the ordering now which doesn’t know what they are out or. we waited 30 mins for a drive thru order - just go in or avoid

Chicken biscuit & steak biscuit so tuff I couldn't eat it and hard as a brick , Don't waste another $ there their food not worth the money you spend for to go order , would have called them out on it but didn't get a receipt

I walked in here, a total MESS. The first thing I noticed were the trash bags that were filled to the brim, I looked over the counter, they had soggy fries on the floor, and sweet tea all over the counters. Now the employees are a whole different story. I heard employees yelling at others in the back, employees side eyeing me when I tried to order. It was absolutely ridiculous. Probably the worst thing there is definitely the employees. Just disrespectful like they had no home training I could just tell. My friend came here once and let’s say we both never wanted to come back. This place is horrible. If I had to give it zero stars in the atmosphere, I would. The food, overcooked and undercooked at the same time, absolutely disgusting. Don’t know why is has more than two store. Just trifling.

The girls working today were very pretty, polite and sweet. Remember... Around all these truck stops and truckers, you represent Bojangles and North Carolina for those of us visiting, maybe the first and only time. Truckers, remember, these are children. This is most of their first job ever. Be gentlemen and represent us well. We are America.

Awful experience, by far one of the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The staff was rude, and when I asked for a sauce with the three meals that I purchased, the gentleman rang it up on the computer and charged me for it. I would strongly recommend dining elsewhere.

Young kids at the window not paying attention to customers, using their phone, not washing hands, then touching food!! Skimped on the family size macaroni n Cheese. Hispanic girl and boy at the window. Hispanic girl made the family size macaroni n Cheese and almost threw the bag out the window at me.

Awful restaurant. 20+ minute wait in the drive through. Staff were all dismissive and rude. Half of our food was wrong. Got a bowl of baked beans instead of a cajun filet biscuit?? The rest of our order was correct but chicken was cold and overcooked and the fries were flabby. Gross food, awful experience. Telling everyone I know to never eat here.
