I love the chicken sandwich but today was done differently no buttery bread just plain white toast, I asked the lady at the register and she said she does not work there? And she said this is how it comes, she did ask the remake it but I had to go, very disappointed today and they forgot the pickle!

The beer was outstanding, I had the Chocolate Covered Pastachio, I tried the crab cake sandwhich and it was terrible, maybe 1/4 inch thick and absolutely no taste of crab, worst crab acke I ever had.

Really smart spinoff concept-wise. Different menu from the (excellent) original, and located in one of the few places in Alamance County that gets legitimate foot traffic. The young lady up front is always friendly and attentive. We look for excuses to go outlet shopping just to eat here.

I was served the incorrect order that also included an allergen (staff was informed of allergen beforehand). I was asked if I ordered the tots with parm, I said yes as I’d ordered the parm and pesto tots, and was handed a grilled cheese with tots. I checked the menu since it was my first time visiting to make sure I hadn’t ordered wrong.I went to the front a minute after being served and politely asked for the correct order, and was told that I needed to correct the staff immediately after being served instead of waiting, and that I had said yes to parm and tots when she had asked. I’d gone up as soon as I had realised the order was wrong so I wasn’t sure how I could have done anything differently, especially after being served an allergen.The tots were delicious initially, but I later became nauseous as there was a large amount of grease in the meal. The atmosphere was pretty good, but the experience was soured by the unnecessary comment from the staff. I would recommend going to the original Bright Penny instead of the outpost, much better service and better food quality.
