Awful experience. Waited in the que for 30 minutes. No one was answering drive through. Pulled up the window and my online order did not exist. Was asked to pull up and wait for the order that was just taken... 10 minutes and no order. Knocked on the locked door and was let in.. asked about my order... the answer was, 'what was your order?'. I left.

How convenient you guys forget the free sandwich with a 20$ order, no sauce, drinks missing how incompetent do you need to be to work at a fast food restaurant? I don’t get it you guys aren’t fast to begin with, half the time you gotta sit and wait 10-15 mins just to get your food, zero excuse to forget any of the items purchased

The manager that calls herself a manager destiny shouldn't even be a employee no customer service and looks like she just rolled out of bed and came to work tried to pay with a 100 and she said she couldn't serve me and threatened to call the police because I asked to speak to manager(who was supposedly in a meeting..go figure) and she says all this after I waited in the drive thru 10 mins for my food they need help here with everything the restaurant and people and service!!!

We went through the drive thru, the cashier Dorithea was super friendly and very wonderful. We ordered the $7 trio and she let us know it was going to be a minute if we could please pull up and wait we said Absolutely, by the time we pulled up she brought our food out , very friendly loved her positive energy. Thank you so much young lady for all you do.

The food is really good here, the service has gotten a lot better The location is what kind of sucks and I know they can't help that, between construction and our town and the store adjacent to it that left I'm amazed they're still standing. But it's still one of my favorites in terms of just fast food

Stood inside with no one else and could not get waited on. 2 people working seen us and ignored us. Will not ever stop again. Poor excuse for burger king.
Cool 90s retro feelings fast service and the best food ever my option of course I like that it still has almost everything from 90s intact and not modern things just the drive through screen and the other dine in screens have been replaced I would definitely come back here again

Stopped while traveling with my granddaughter, took a long time to be waited on, order a whopper combo a six piece chicken nugget kids meal. Took a long time to get our food. First they gave me my whopper combo then 15 minutes later gave me me the kids meal with the fries being in the bag while waiting for the nuggets to cook. When she and I finally got our food after seeing twenty cars being served at drive thru. The food was terrible, cold fries and the whopper tasted like it was made an hour before I got there. We just got up leaving all the food on the table. I would not recommend this restaurant!! Worst eighteen dollars I ever spent on food!!

7:30 pm.... Approached and the sign was out, the light was out, and the parking lot was black. There's a red light on the speaker box in the drive-thru line. Pretty scary. We started to order doubles for a family of four and she told us they only had four burger patties left. Four patties? Isn't the name of this place Burger King?
