Stopped while traveling with my granddaughter, took a long time to be waited on, order a whopper combo a six piece chicken nugget kids meal. Took a long time to get our food. First they gave me my whopper combo then 15 minutes later gave me me the kids meal with the fries being in the bag while waiting for the nuggets to cook. When she and I finally got our food after seeing twenty cars being served at drive thru. The food was terrible, cold fries and the whopper tasted like it was made an hour before I got there. We just got up leaving all the food on the table. I would not recommend this restaurant!! Worst eighteen dollars I ever spent on food!!

7:30 pm.... Approached and the sign was out, the light was out, and the parking lot was black. There's a red light on the speaker box in the drive-thru line. Pretty scary. We started to order doubles for a family of four and she told us they only had four burger patties left. Four patties? Isn't the name of this place Burger King?

11/23/24 Saturday at 345pm and all doors are locked. Employees mocking customers trying to get in. Locked my family and I out when we pulled up and parked. Ran to the back when I went to go inside. Couldn't order or change my 3 month old daughter because the employees were laughing at me trying to get in and seeing them after trying to hide from me.

Definitely be careful when ordering delivery from this BK. Today I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and 2 large fries through grubhub. The order came quickly and I was impressed...at first. I opened my bag to find only 1 burger and the 2 fries. I thought, "Ok. Maybe I made a mistake when I ordered.", and I checked grubhub to see what I ordered. Sure enough, I ordered 4 burgers and 2 fries. I got a refund for the 3 missing burgers and decided to give the BK another chance, because maybe they just had a glitch at the store or something. Np. I reordered the 3 burgers and was willing to overlook the mistake. The 2nd order gets to the house and, lo and behold, 1 burger. At this point I've just decided that the workers there must just be illiterate. The food was good, but damn. I won't be ordering from there again. The owner should probably look into some literacy tests for current and future employees.

Showed up at 10:25 on a Thursday when the store closes at 11. Everything was turned off and staff actively avoided acknowledging my presence. Will not be coming back to this location.

The restaurant’s exterior has piles of garbage and there were old newspaper boxes that were filled with garbage - almost as on display. The dining room was closed. The drive through moved at a reasonable speed. The attendant was polite and efficient. However, my Whopper was barely warm and the bun was raw (untoasted) My fries and Coke were good I don’t think it would take much to turn this location around, but it appears it’s just being run into the ground
