Papa John’s with a one man or two man staff has my pizza ready in less time then this NEW BURGER KING!

Way to slow taking orders and getting food out. Definitely NOT fast food. Been here 3 times. Same scenario.
This place won’t stay open with the ridiculously long waits and poor service. Still waiting for one whopper in drive-thru after 11 minutes and no one in front of me and the dining room is closed.

I have just left this location and will not be returning. During my visit, I observed the drive-thru employee blow her nose and then pick her nose before handling my bag of food and attempting to hand it to me. I immediately raised the concern with the manager, who requested that my order be remade. Unfortunately, he was yelled at by the cook.
When I requested a refund, the cook came to the window and claimed she did not understand the reason for my request. The behavior displayed by the staff was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about food safety and management oversight at this location.
I am sharing this as a warning to the Mebane community. If this type of behavior occurs in plain view of customers, it raises concerns about what may be happening out of sight.

Worst experience ever tonight! I was in the drive thru for over 45 minutes until I finally got out. Never even got a meal & the line was all the way around the corner so I was trapped! Do NOT come here … the employees are slow and be in there arguing. The head boss of BK need to intervene immediately!

The long wait destroys the atmosphere here. The longest I’ve ever waited for a fast food order. They seem to have a full staff but the pace was way too slow for each customer. Management needs to improve fast or this new BK will not last. The cashier had not customers to take orders and just stood at the counter not helping get trays together. Stategies can definitely be implemented to improve customer service and pace.

The service was extremely disappointing. The wait time was excessive, and every order was followed by a rude “Is that it?” from the cashier. The attitude alone made the experience unpleasant. This location barely opened and already feels poorly managed. I ordered three SpongeBob burgers, and all of them were cold and smashed together as if thrown into one bag. It’s frustrating to pay for food that’s treated carelessly. If employees are unhappy in their position, that shouldn’t be reflected in how customers are treated or how food is handled.
