HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I gave this place a 1 star because the cashier had a nasty attitude while I was ordering. She kept adding things to my order that I did not order. When I told her I didn't order the items i saw on the screen, she started laughing and playing stupid with an attitude.I really tried to let it go when I got to the window. Her attitude and the giggling loudly got worse. It was enough for me not to trust Burger King for food service. I canceled my order and left. The service and atmosphere are just not worth it. It was so bad I told her your attitude is nasty. Nothing but the truth. I did not put a star for the food because I did not complete the order.

Last 2 times I’ve tried to eat at this place the dinning room was closed. I called today just a min ago just to ask if the dining room was open… no answer… Its just pitiful…

I stopped for gas and noticed this attached Burger King. I had my special needs adult son with me and he loves BK so we popped in for a quick bite. I believe the cashier that took our order was fairly new because she had a little trouble but she was very nice and she got our order correct. It didn't take long, about 5 minutes max and we were seated and eating.The food was some of the best BK I've had in a long time. Everyone we came into contact with was polite and cordial. My son and I had a great relaxing lunch. I would definitely stop there again in the future.

Normally try to stay away from Burger King because everyone I go to service is terribly the wait is forever and no one is even in the restaurant and usually food is uncooked but this one I always go to the drive thru because Aretha is the nicest person I have ever met and always in a good mood and so nice. She makes my mornings start off good and she deserves a raise!!

Just the local Burger King in Mebane. Got the 2 for 5 deal and onion rings. Food same as always. Too heavy on the Mayo. HOWEVER, the middle aged woman at the drive thru was a delight. Professional, friendly and promoted the slogan.
