So good!! I wish I got a picture of the nachos before we dug into them, but we were too hungry. The nachos come in a pizza box, if that explains how loaded they are. Others in our group got the quesadillas and they were similarly amazing and hit the spot on a cold night. Hugo, the owner is very nice as well! Highly recommend.

Super disappointing experience out of this food truck. Why serve a customer when you are obviously out of certain ingredients? Ordered a chicken burrito and got a rice burrito. 80% rice. Virtually no beans, there was no salsa as ordered, and I got like 6 chips. Dry as bone. Wouldn't recommend this truck at all.

The place was clean, but could use a face lift; tables and chairs were decorated well with Mexican motif. We went for lunch and noticed we were the only customers. My wife ordered a burrito, which I tasted and thought it was ok but on the bland side. I ordered the 3 taco plate which was terrible. Each taco consisted of double wraps of soft shell filled only with ground beef and some greens; NO cheese, lettuce, tomato. Yuk! Never again. By the way my favorite at Mexican restaurants are tacos.

Happened upon this place for Mother’s Day. Was empty, which should have been the first indication to turn around & walk back out. Even though we were one of three tables, it took 45 min for food to come out & when it arrived the portions were tiny & the food was cold. Service was slow & staff were inattentive and on their phones at the bar. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, very disappointing.

Amazing tacos, great people! I rarely leave these kind of reviews as it usually takes kind humans + great food, but this food truck absolutely has both! Hugo was so friendly, and the tacos were literally the best tacos I’ve had in North Carolina and I’ve been here over 10 years. I’m from California where we like our food as spicy and latin rooted as can be and it did not disappoint. It’s not Tex mex or quick tacos- they’re the authentic flavor you’ve been craving. This is the taste I’ve been searching for since I left the West coast. Do yourself a favor and stop by! (The handmade tortillas definitely made the tacos but the meat flavor was what sealed the deal, so you can’t go wrong with any menu item)

We went to the Hillsborough location and I was highly disappointed. Used to come here when it was called another place - loved the food then, but now it is terrible. Salsa tasted like a can of tomatoes put in a bowl. Guacamole very bland. Arroz con pollo had -0- taste either. Paid $42 for two people and it was definitely not worth it. Next time I am in this town will go elsewhere for good authentic mexican food
