Mebane Chick-fil-A is definitely hands down a 5 star all around. Drive thru is fast,food is always great. They even have a drive thru for people who ordered from their mobile app

My nuggets I got tonight are over coated and over cooked. Looking at previous reviews though I guess I should be grateful it’s not raw. Also while looking at the previous reviews, one of them recently cited a manager speaking rudely to the team members and I so happened to hear the tone that reviewer was speaking of. That woman seemed very bitter and dismissive of the young ladies at the register. It’s disappointing to see the way these young workers are spoken to on what seems to be a daily basis by the way they respond. Do better.

The moral of workers of this restaurant has gone down dramatically and I may have seen the reason why. After just ordering my food at the register a lady named Christina ran up behind the gentleman getting my drink and literally barks at him, “What’s going on here?!”. The look on this guys face was shock, and pure confusion as he was just trying to get my drink. I was extremely offended and embarrassed for him and I!! Who talks to someone like that?? A few people around us actually stopped what they were doing to look. The smile on the gentleman taking my order quickly disappeared as he handed me my drink and took the next customer with less enthusiasm than before. She went in to speak to another worker there that just looked at the ground as she was explaining whatever she had to say in a demeaning manner. If this person is management then that completely explains why there were 5 people outside in 33* weather freezing cold. I thought Chick Fil A prides itself on Christian values and taking care of others. Leaving your co-workers outside to freeze in 33* degree weather is beyond inappropriate. The little tiny coats they were wearing was doing nothing as they were shivering, hoping up and down to stay warm. No heaters, coats, or hats. What’s wrong with this store?? These people, who look like kids, are all going to get pneumonia and this woman seems like the type to get mad at them for calling in sick after being left in the cold. Do better Chick Fil A

I came to pick up my food. It was very cold when I opened my car window to get my food. These kinds are sitting outside freezing. You can see their faces and hangings getting red. They need space heaters or they need to switch them from time to time.

This location needs to work on the food.8 I ordered an 8 piece nugget as the nuggets were really big. Thinking nothing of it I started to eat them. AND down to the end one was pink inside. I feel so sick!

They need to bring back the regular drive thru line. Got there before 10:30 and they refused to take my breakfast order.
So frustrating especially since I passed several other places to make it before 10:30.

I used to love chick fil a until I received a raw nugget and didn't realize it until I bit into it. Disgusting 🤢 🤮🤢
On a few different occasions with the mobile app I would order a parfait but I quickly stopped ordering anything cold because half the time I was charged for the parfait and never received it. When I called the restaurant the third time this happened I called chick fil a to at least receive a refund and they said there was nothing I could do since I ordered on door dash.... I did not.... I used the chick fil a app and they told me I could drive to the store and pick up the parfait. I used delivery service for a reason....
I'm sorry chick fil a but I officially changing my 4 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ into a one ⭐. No restaurant should be serving raw chicken.

My husband and I have been Chick-Fil-A loyalist for 10 years and we have always been loyal to the Chick-Fil-A that we live near at the time. However, this location in Mebane makes no sense. Every time I have a mobile fruit order, people who order after me in the drive-through are always leaving before me And the time of day does not matter. I have been there in the early afternoon. I have been there at 6:30 AM. This location needs to be serving the Chick-Fil-A loyalist a little more effectively than those who are not loyal to using the Chick-Fil-A app. The remodel that they did after opening, which still makes no sense, set that restaurant up for failure, as the original double lines with no distinct mobile through or drive-through was the most effective. I would expect Chick-Fil-A to be treating their followers much better.

Christina and the rest of the staff were wonderful, and super accommodating. There was a mix up, and she, along with her staff handled it gracefully, kindly, and delightfully. Not only did she go above and beyond the normal apology, she also prioritized my order. 20/10. This is why this is my favorite location!

This is the best chick-fil-a around!!! It has a decent sized play place for the kiddos, the food is great, employees are nice and very friendly and the restaurant is always super clean. You can expect to get your food quickly and exactly as you ordered it. Highly recommend!!!!

Place in mobile order. And scan q r in almost waited about twenty minutes to a half hour to get my food and the order was still wrong , had to turn around and return to get my order corrected. Ridiculous on the wait time for food

Was waiting seven minutes to pick up a door dash order. Wasn’t even acknowledge when I walked to the mobile order spot. Then I had two older individuals skip in front of me and was attended to. I was staring at the workers, but yet was not acknowledge, that is my concern.

Stopped by today and used the mobile thru. This was a great experience. When I got there I scanned the code. When I pulled up a friendly crew lead came and verified the name on the order. Waited only about 4 minutes and she returned with my food and a great smile. I returned home and opened the bag. Everything I asked for was there from the extra pickles, to the sauces requested. The fries were hot and delicious. The sandwiches were still at a very warm temperature and were perfectly breaded. I will return for certain. Great experience!
