I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and the vegetables were not cooked. They were hard as if still raw, the fork would not easily pierce it. When I called to gently and kindly let them know, the lady who answered the phone actually said to me, next time if you want the vegetables cooked soft, I should let her know. I couldn't believe it. I'm 57 years old and have enjoyed Chinese food most of my life. To have the audacity to tell me I needed to tell them to cook the veggies so they were soft, was just ridiculous.

I've eaten at this establishment for about 3 years, but I have to say, the last year has been their absolute worst food and service. Sad. I'll be sure to let everyone know. How rude of her, but more so, how embarrassing for their restaurant. I will not be back.

I ordered Sesame chicken, the mild version. The flavor was delicious, but I couldn’t see the chicken I chewed it shredded up, but I couldn’t chew it enough to break it down. It looked like pork bbq after I chewed it as long as I could. Don’t swallow

Food tasted great. Wish they had a online menu though. Crab Rangoons could of been filled more but tasted perfect. My broccoli was big and kinda hard. I feel like they could of steam/cook it longer.
But super glad it was all fresh and came with sweet and sour sauce

Since the location has new owners the beef lo mein doesn't taste right. Used to be the best around

This was the WORST Chinese food I've ever had... Combination meals of Chicken Cashew for one of us and Kung Po Chicken for me. The egg roll was overdone and tasteless and whatever the meat was came from the same source for both dishes. I know I'm spoiled from meals at the Chinese Embassy in Washington to the long lost days of The Golden Dragon in Chapel Hill, but this wasn't even close to tasting like Chicken or anything else. Hell's Kitchen shows all of how hard it is to do a restaurant, but this was beyond horrible other millions would give their right arms for any kind of food at all. You might pay more, but next time we go to the Asian Harbor for food prepared right.
