The place was a bit bright for my liking...for a bar! Found the owner Wendy to be a bit rough around the edges and not very welcoming...to "non-locals" anyway! Not sure when it came time to pay, I wasn't given an itemized bill, just a credit card receipt. Didn't feel welcome.. won't be going back! Found bars that were more friendly and a lot more fun, as we continued on down Clay street!

We walked in after a night of bowling with the intent to enjoy a few beers. After looking over the reviews, I was excited to try this place.The bartender refused service to my fiancé and I over vertical IDs, however we have NC state drivers licenses indicating we are well over the age of 21. In all my years, I have never experienced refusal.I am extremely disappointed in this establishment, and you can guarantee we will not be back. They certainly lost out on our buisness.

Great local Hangout in downtown Mebane. They have a few good beers on tap and they also have PBR as a special on tap. Unfortunately they do not serve food any longer. But it's a great place to set and watch a baseball game on the TV and visit with the locals
What a great ownership team. Variety of activities. Open to all. Very friendly. Not what one would typically associate with a downtown bar. Really have enjoyed the special events.
