One word. Terrible. Got off of a 14 hour shift on my feet without a single thing to eat & thought I might stop by cookout on my way home since the highway was backed up.. total waste of time, money & gas. My grilled chicken had shrunk Ig from sitting too long. I literally took like 2 1/2 bites before I realized that it was only about 3 1/2 bites of chicken.. total let down when you’re hungry, drained, & expecting a whole, not half a sandwich worth of the main part of the sandwich .. window service guy was pretty respectful though, so yeah . Overall the quality of the food sucks to me tonight.
P.s. I asked for Cajun fries but got Cold regular fries .. the onion rings were okay ig ..

Tbh fast food in general has gone down a lot of the years but any comment you see about missing orders, rude service or slow lines it’s straight facts don’t even waist your time it might be a mid-day to night shift thing cause that’s usually when I go and that’s when I think the high schoolers work or younger age they don’t be caring lol but I wouldn’t even waste your time going and it’s a consistent problem if you want cook out you gotta go out of Alamance county tbh Graham ain’t no better 💯

This was our first time trying Cook Out and we were not disappointed. The person who took our order was patient and kind. The waiting time for our food was really short. We ordered 3 Cookout burgers with cheese, a banana pudding shake, onion rings, fries with cajun seasoning, fried okra, nuggets, a regular burger, a corn dog. Everything we ordered was really good and the price was in a good range. (Even my dad approved, which is really rare)
Vegetarian options: There are options on the menu that do not have any kind of meat like the fries, onion rings but it doesn’t clearly specify that it’s vegetarian.

Typical Fast Food with a backyard twist. The Best value is their milkshakes, it's like getting over a pint of ice cream because you can not drink them!
Parking: Plenty of parking, unless it's during a Friday HS Football post-game hangout.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide isles, ADA friendly
If you rush taking my order and I ask you to verify at the window, it’s not my fault that you messed up and need to remake… I don’t care if “the food is already up here” when i get to the window to pay! Had you not rushed me through the order taking process, verified order, you wouldn’t have need to remake our food.
Otherwise, food is typically good but customer service is non existent on most visits.

I chose the shorter drive-through line only to watch 4 cars go through the longer line while our line just sat. Seems whomever was supposed to be waiting on this line didn’t realize the car in front of me was there. My order was wrong when I finally received it. Seasoned fries, not plain. I wanted a pineapple milkshake with a little chocolate & received vanilla with chocolate chips. I didn’t have time to turn around. Sadly, I won’t stop at this location again.
