The manager of the Mebane store needs to be fired!! I received my order and it was beyond burnt and dry. This was a delivery order. When I called the store to speak to the manager he told me he was not going to refund anything and I could come back up there and pick up the pizzas even though it was a delivery order. I told him I would not be coming up there to pick up anything, he then proceeded to tell me o well and it wasn’t his issue. He has the most disgusting attitude and does not deserve to have a job as a manager let alone work for that company.

Another chance to serve edible food and another chance wasted. I think I bumped my head from the last time I ordered from this location because I mustve forgotten how terrible their food is. Cold, under done slimy dough and I was charged for two sauce cups that werent delivered. When I called to ask about it I was told that thy were out of the sauce I ordered and then i was offered sauces I didn't order. I asked them to please return my $2 to me and have yet to have that happen. So, for those reasons, im out and will likely never order from this domino's again. You wont dominos- hope keeping my $2 was worth losing a customer. Smh.

My experience with this location was horrible I ordered a pepperoni & sausage pizza an received just pepperoni so I called the store back to let them know an the worker immediately got mad an said well bring the pizza back if you want a new one I told him we had already ate some of it an he responded by saying well what did you think I was gone do give you a new pizza without any proof I told him the whole pizza was not gone and then asked him why he was being so rude he told me because he got other stuff to do and hung up I would never order from this location again the employees don’t have any customers skills!

The wind blew one of several boxes that I was carrying, and the staff said they could provide another one. Although it was my fault, I decided to refuse the offer, but that was very kind of them. Their customer service deserves my appreciation.

Walked in to pick up order they cut my boneless chicken in half I asked why did you do that lady slash fake ass manger said we have always done that I said no you haven't never done that yeah we have for like the last 1.5 years umm mam I used to work for dominos an under page stokes no you have not then buffalo pizza was made wrong I had them remake it an wait another 20 minutes an then expect me to pay full price for your mistake I don't think so I said I will be calling the owner Page Stokes Monday Mebane Dominos this is unacceptable needless to say she got hush hush I got a picture to show yall about the boneless chicken 🐔 cut in half

I ordered two pizzas and only one of them came how I ordered. The other was missing 4 of the 5 toppings. Also had what I'm assuming is sausage or hamburger instead of the bacon I ordered.
