Since your employee didn’t know about the national special, Large 1 topping for $7.99, we ended up at your competition for the same price. We prefer your pizza but they have better customer service and business acumen.Training 101: If I specifically ask “Are you still running special for Large 1 topping at 7.99” it’s better to know specials and honor special, maybe suggest add-ons! Verses: Denying special and offering Large 3 topping at $9.99, ultimately, losing the sale.

Do not, I repeat do not order from this location. I attempted to give them a chance this past Sunday and the whole experience was horrible. The food was an hour late and cold. In order to speak to a mana and get a partial refund for items that was missing from the order took until today. Then he tried to only issue a credit rather than a refund. The staff was rude and annoyed about us calling because we were missing an item as if it was our fault. I gave a tip in cash and they could not or refuse to return that as well. If you order there and they mess up your order good luck trying to get them to correct it.We spoke to a manger Tuesday who stated he will issue a full refund however we never got it. I called back today and they said they not issuing a full refund and could not return the tip.I called corporate and they stated it is a franchise and they could not do anything.

I placed my order at 12:19 p.m. The Domino's tracker indicated that my food was delivered at 1:00 p.m., but it never arrived. I called the Mebane Domino's location four or five times, but nobody answered the phone. After driving to the Domino's location to inquire about my food, the lady at the front desk mentioned that my delivery should be on its way, but she wasn't sure about the delay.Around 1:40 p.m., my wife called and informed me that the pizza had been delivered, and it looked like this (see photos). The lady at the front desk explained that it was a thin-crust pizza and mentioned that this might happen during delivery. The pizza was cold, and it appeared as if the delivery driver had tossed the boxes around. Overall, it was a disappointing experience today.The lady at the front desk kindly remade my pizza but gave me two medium pizzas instead of one large and one medium. Not wanting to hassle her further, I accepted the mediums and left.

11/15 Update: found an email on a different post and replied…no response. It’s not surprising that employees treat customers they way they do…it seems that there’s no accountability from the top.Update: please advise as to how I can reach out to someone. I don’t trust calling the store after my experience. No contact I formation was left in the response given below.Saturday night at 7:50 pm, I experienced the worst service of my life at the hands of one of the managers at this particular Dominoes. (If this person was truly the manager) I happened to unknowingly order a pizza for my kids on a super busy night and understandably the wait was long…about 60-70 minutes. This wasn’t a huge deal to me though. After about an hour the pizza tracker stopped working so I called to ask about the status. Courtney (I believe) answered the phone and told me that they were backed up and short drivers. She was very polite and told me that there was driver on the way back and my pizza (which was done and in the warmer) either go with that driver or the next one that came in. Again…no big deal I knew the wait would be extended.About an hour later I called back to get an update. I asked if I could check status or cancel my order. I was told my the guy who answered the phone that my pizza was en route but he would cancel it.I told him that if it was on the way then fine, I’d take it because we still had to eat, but asked if he could tell me if the pizza was remade or was it the same one from two hours ago. Basically I wanted to know if I could expect hot food.He curtly told me again he would cancel, without answering my question…as if he wasn’t really listening.I asked him again if the pizza could be expected to be hot. He then replied “I just told you it was the same pizza” in an unecessarily rude tone. I then asked to speak to a manager as clearly this person had no idea how to talk to customers. He replied “mkay” and hung up.I called back and asked for a manager again and he told me that he was the manager. He then went into how he was cancelling my order because that’s what I asked for and he didn’t know what my problem was. He also started complaining to me about the long list of orders and being short on drivers. We went back and forth until he started raising his voice. Being fed up I asked for the store managers name and number . He replied “You can find that information on the door of the store”I asked for the information again and he incomprehensible and quickly rattled off a set of numbers.I asked for his name and he refused to give it. Which I didn’t expect that he would…but I asked. After he continued to go back and forth with me about what I did and didn’t say and continued being rude, I told him not to worry because I was on my way to get the information from the store and hung up.When my husband went to the store about 20 minutes later to retrieve the information, get a receipt of money/points returned and speak with this manager, everyone in the store said that they didn’t know what happened and that no one had spoken with me that night.I understand a bad night which is why I wasn’t angry about the wait..it’s the rudeness that gets me. There’s just no need to speak to people that way. Up until now I’ve had great service here and we frequent this restaurant a LOT. I’m beyond disappointed at the service given and even more disappointed that the number on the door is “not in service” and it seems there’s no way to contact the owner/operator.
