Wow! It didn't even taste like a donut. I don't know what happened to this restaurant, but the donuts were terrible. Awful actually. Friendly service though. Just subpar taste.

Drive thru service is anything but fast. One car in front of me and it took 4 minutes before my order was taken and another 7 minutes in line to get one cup of coffee. If you're trying to go somewhere to get a quick cup of coffee this is not the place for you.

Horrible customer service. Burnt my hand after I told her to leave room for coffee. Served me lukewarm coffee! Don't go after 11 am! Not fresh! I will be contacting corporate!

Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes. Ordered 2 sausage egg & cheese croissants. It had a funny taste and my Mom said hers was terrible. We threw them out! It may have been the sausage expired. The croissant had been mashed down on a grill and had a smoky flavor. Even the cashier was rude. What a waste of $10!!
Been to this location a couple month ago with no issues, better service and coffee was excellent-not sure what is going in here.

Worst experience of my life. In the drive thru for 15min at the speaker for them to take my order. They finally did and then I pull forward and PAY and wait another 15min no one checking or updating so finally I tap the window and ask for a water and nothing else I don't even care about getting my money back I just have to go as now I'm late tk a meeting the young lady started laughing as if I was being ridiculous. So I just left. But I will never be back
Don’t go there, donuts are horrible, just like Foodlion brand but more expensive. Service is horrible too. People working there are rude. Go to the other place near them. Wonderful folks working there are. Donuts are great.

First and last time coming here. I order a dozen, waited patiently for 20 minutes watching people come in after me get their order and leave. No one even attempted to make my order till I said something then she had an attitude.
