That's on the counter, you're going to lose your job, and a robot will eventually take over. Especially the girl who just sat there and cleaned instead of asking if anyone at the counter needed help.Instead, you're playing with straws, lost the customer

I've been to this location four times now and today will definitely be the last time I eat here. Every single time I ate here either the food was cooked in rancid oil or I was served rancid meat! I purposely went to this location, even though the Buckhorn rd Dunkin is much closer, because every time I ate at the restaurant on buckhorn the food had the hideous rancid taste. However this is obviously not a location problem but a management issue. I say management because the employees must not be trained and/or supervised properly.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Dunkin Donuts was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at an eatery in my life. The service was extremely slow. The employees were backed up with drive through and carry out customers and managed to serve neither in any reasonable or understandable way.

Inside, instead of having a person take your donut order, you must use a touchscreen kiosk, which does not update with the current supply of donuts available. 30 minutes after ordering, we watched as the last of the donut we wanted got taken by a person who ordered after us and then were informed that the next batch wouldn't be out for another hour.

We eventually ended up asking for a refund without getting the food we wanted after more than 30 minutes in the store. Would not recommend to anyone

They were extremely busy and unprepared. They were out of donuts and the one person making drinks was unable to handle the full board of orders. We had to get whatever donuts were available but the one my daughter wanted happened to be available after we got our donuts while we were waiting on our drinks. By then it was too late.

Donuts are good but don't go late in the day, the selection is sparse. Coffee is good and they have good speciality options. Usually friendly staff. New store, and it's neat and clean.

Wow! It didn't even taste like a donut. I don't know what happened to this restaurant, but the donuts were terrible. Awful actually. Friendly service though. Just subpar taste.
