Everytime I go here to get a apple turnover there's an excuse as to why it's not available. The manager himself told me one day he just didn't feel like preparing it. He explained he had already made 24 that day. Its near my job and some days I want to grab something sweet to enjoy on my 40 minute drive home. This place needs to do better.

Just tried to order breakfast through DoorDash and my order was cancelled. I tried to reach out to this establishment to figure out what was the problem with my entire order that MY WHOLE ORDER was cancelled. The phone number provided is out of service. 😤 This is UNACCEPTABLE! I have been waiting for over an hour for service.

11/1/25 at approximately 12:15pm, I had the worst customer service experience ever. The lady taking the order was very impatient and extremely rude. The guy that jumped in with her was not helpful either. There were not a lot of cars so I don’t understand why they were frustrated. She kept saying it was hard to hear and what I was saying was muffled, even though I was talking at the top of my voice at this point. How about check your audio or offer that I come up to the window ( make attempts to fix the issue). I have been to this location several times but never had this issue. I’m sure no one forced her to come to work so she should have stayed home and not come to work if she’s not ready to assist her customers. After so much back and forth and hearing her huffing and puffing I ended up leaving as I was not comfortable with them making my food. I work too hard to be treated in the way she did since there are tons of other options that I can go to and spend my money.

I hope the owner is reading all these negative reviews and work to hire people with good customer service skills.

I placed my order for a large frozen mocha coffee. When I arrived to pick it up they informed me I could pick another flavor or do without but a refund was not an option since ai had ordered it on the app. Weather you spend 7.00 or 7000. Its theft to take money for some one under false pretense that they are buying a product. Dunkin should have foreseen that they would run out of a product from time to time and created a method of refund on the app by the store, or did they plan on stealing from customers. Either way I spend a minimum of 8000.00 a year a various Dunkin Donuts or at least I did. Not much in the overall of Dunkin's income, but pretty important to mine. Not a way to treat any customer no mater if it's only 50 cents. Its crooked.

9/23/25 @ 8:10am. Y'all should get your things together. Ignoring people at the counter is wild. Do you understand people keep going to that tablet? That's on the counter, you're going to lose your job, and a robot will eventually take over. Especially the girl who just sat there and cleaned instead of asking if anyone at the counter needed help.Instead, you're playing with straws, lost the customer

I've been to this location four times now and today will definitely be the last time I eat here. Every single time I ate here either the food was cooked in rancid oil or I was served rancid meat! I purposely went to this location, even though the Buckhorn rd Dunkin is much closer, because every time I ate at the restaurant on buckhorn the food had the hideous rancid taste. However this is obviously not a location problem but a management issue. I say management because the employees must not be trained and/or supervised properly.
