We had, let’s say, a less than great experience this morning. Can’t blame on the customer service provided by the two young women at the counter- they didn’t provide any! You wouldn’t think it would be asking too much to get off the phone and put down ones drink to attend to customers standing at the counter , but apparently too much of an inconvenience. Would have been real nice to be informed that the bushes were picked over before paying and heading out to pick! It might be considered to hire people with a little maturity and customer service understanding for positions dealing directly with customers

Blueberries and blackberries were great. The one thing that ruined our experience was our interaction with Jennifer. We haven't been here in years so we asked questions and she was rude. Every question made us feel more and more like we were inconveniencing her.
By the end of the conversation, she was speaking to us like we were stupid. Before we even picked, we were already disappointed in our visit. Willum (spelling?) was a sweetie and the kids loved seeing him play his guitar in his down time.

My whole family loves visiting Eno River Farm. They have coffee, amazing ice cream, plants, and much more. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Literally the best ice cream in the states I’ve ever had. Very natural flavor and not to sweet, can’t wait to come back during berries season to try those
