Young heavyset girl completely rude. I patiently waited for pepperoni food.Thanked her for making it and asked how her day was. Completely ignored me. Haha a woman behind me even noticed and we talked about customer service. In a world where there’s a lot of negative towards each other, receiving a kind interaction would be nice from time to time l.

I was told pizza just came out of the oven. No way. Not even any steam when I opened it. Crust was soggy. I had to air fry pizza to be edible. Very disappointed. I usually eat Godfather at the SC and the Marion, NC locations. This pizza doesn't even come close.

A taste of my childhood and nostalgia. The pizza was delicious. It would have been SO much BETTER if the employees were not waiting around on someone else to do their work. The remarkable lack of staff communication was very apparent.

Waited 40 minutes for my pizza just to be told “ we forgot to put it in”
We were late to work because of them.
While waiting, they were screwing around disrespecting another team member.
I called to speak to a manager and the girl said there was no authority figure to watch the store.
No manager no supervisor NOTHING.

Girl I was talking to didn’t care so I hung up.
