I don't know why most of the time on this places they hire people with bad attitude plus the food not the best I ordered a superstar burger and it had a hard bread don't know why maybe it was sitting there for days now not recommended

I take my daughter to the drive-through often to get her breakfast before school. The woman Susan that normally works at the drive thru window is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet, so kind, so polite! I will always go there because customer service goes a long way if you want to be greeted with a friendly smile And the most sweetest person I’ve ever came in contact with at the drive-thru you must go to the Hardee’s Trollingwood Road at the loves truck stop ! Is the best way to start my daughter’s morning out!!!

I ordered a Frisco Burger. It had raw bacon on it. Way too much mayonnaise. I'm sure there was half a cup of mayonnaise on it. The bun was not toasted. This was not Hardee's quality Frisco Burger.

Cashier had a nasty attitude. Arrived at 10:15, wanting to get a biscuit. I was told they don't have any biscuits because they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. To which I replied, it's only 10:15. She didn't respond. I ordered 2 apple pies, and they were stuck to the box. I had to tear the box apart to get the pie out. We couldn't even bite the pie because they were so hard. Appears as though they had been rewarmed from last night. We were traveling so we couldn't take them back. I wish I could give them zero stars.

While the ladies working there were polite, the food itself was absolutely awful. I went through the line to pick up apple pies for my grandparents, and what I received was shocking. The pies were burnt to the point of being nearly black — not golden brown, but charred and scorched. They were so hard they felt like rocks, completely inedible. It was honestly embarrassing to even think about giving them to my grandparents. The fact that food in that condition was handed out to customers is beyond unacceptable.
