I dont like leaving negative reviews but think others may need to know. The drive through at the Mebane NC location on the weekends especially on Sunday mornings is a hit or miss, it is out of service often. The previous 2 weekends it's been out of order but today (Saturday) I was excited to see it open...went to place my order and was told they were out of gravy at 930am. The biscuits and gravy are the reason I go there. I can't complain about the food at this location...

Got a delicious breakfast at Hardee’s today. The lady at the drive through was so nice and thoughtful. She made sure it was all fresh and hot. Such good customer service and a genuine kindness.

2-1-24 at 1025 am I ordered my breakfast and the gentleman that toke my order was very helpful and kind. I'm not sure if I worded my order wrong or possibly he made a mistake and pushed the wrong button but they had to remake my biscuit. The young lady who I am assuming was a manager or a team lead was yelling, rude, and totally out of place talking to him like that in front of a customer and shouldn't talk to her employees like that period. I apologized to the gentleman...
