I take my daughter to the drive-through often to get her breakfast before school. The woman Susan that normally works at the drive thru window is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet, so kind, so polite! I will always go there because customer service goes a long way if you want to be greeted with a friendly smile And the most sweetest person I’ve ever came in contact with at the drive-thru you must go to the Hardee’s Trollingwood Road at the loves truck stop ! I dont like leaving negative reviews but think others may need to know. The drive through at the Mebane NC location on the weekends especially on Sunday mornings is a hit or miss, it is out of service often. The previous 2 weekends it's been out of order but today (Saturday) I was excited to see it open...went to place my order and was told they were out of gravy at 930am. The biscuits and gravy are the reason I go there. I can't complain about the food at this location...

Got a delicious breakfast at Hardee’s today. The lady at the drive through was so nice and thoughtful. She made sure it was all fresh and hot. Such good customer service and a genuine kindness.
