I made a to go order with a biscuit sandwich with bacon, eggs and cheese and a short stack of pancakes. The food tasted good, but they don’t know how to make a biscuit sandwich properly and they didn’t put pancakes syrup or butter in the bag for the pancakes.

We came in late on a Friday, they could have easily just told us take out only but Charsina was very accommodating and seated us. She was friendly with a great attitude that late at night, and always checked in on us regularly. Even brewed us a fresh pot of coffee and told us not to rush as they started cleaning. Food was delicious, and Malcom the cook was on point. Thank you guys!!

IHop has a new Manager and a rock star waitress, Kayla. Kayla was on the ball, greeted us at the entrance with a great, positive, mental attitude and excellent service. Pleasant experience! If you haven't checked out this location lately, worth another try with these new team members.

You will wait 30+ minutes AFTER ordering. Placed an order in the app. I arrived the minute the app estimated it would be done, had to wait another half hour. First of all, the $6.49 milkshake is tiny. Secondly the breakfast crepes had only egg... maybe a little cheese. Its supposed to have hash browns and bacon... what a disappointment. Looks nothing like menu picture. I registered and downloaded app JUST for this store and was hoping it would be a good experience and that I'd be able to count on IHOP to feed me when I'm parked in Mebane. Never ordering IHOP again... what a waste.
