I decided to try them again. After my On Line Order being wrong the past 3 times. 2 times no bacon & once no extra meat. Again they messed it up & the young lady behind the counter was so rude. I asked her, her name & could I speak to the manager. She just ignored me & continue to roll her eyes at me. I explained it was the 4 time in a row they messed up my sandwich. I should’ve never given them a 4th chance. The guy wasn’t listening to me. When he was making the sandwich, or that told him that was my ticket. I don’t think the young lady understands customer service, or that the restaurant business isn’t doing well. All across America. This was the same young lady that the last time I was there. Wiped off the area where she was putting the toppings on someone’s sandwich, with her hands. Wrapped, & took that customer’s money. Then put the toppings & wrapped my sandwich. Without ever changing her gloves. I should’ve gotten a refund, that day & never returned…

I use this place once a month. One time I came in and they messed up my order. Another time they forgot to cut the bottom piece of bread and it was a huge mess. I thought if I used the app it would save time. The order said ready in 15 minutes. I got there 30 min later. The empty bag with the receipt for my order was sitting on the counter while 3 other to go orders were already packed for other people. I watch the employee take a customers order, make eye contact with me, skip my sandwich and help another customer. It would have been faster to just stand in line. I think one of the employees saw me star writing this while I was waiting, panic and hurry to make my order. I won't eat the sandwich until tonight but I have zero faith that they got it right

We ordered online. It was ready on time this time. However that is not always the case. Their biggest downfall is sometimes if you go inside, you have to wait for them to finish multiple online orders. The food was fresh and prepared correctly. We enjoy how much they put on their sandwiches compared to other chains.

Ordered a #17 - had to come back and get it remade. Ingredients that I didn't ask for where on it and the amount of mustard put on was ridiculous, it had mustard all over the sandwich and wrapped paperbas though it had exploded. The bag was also covered in grease. The sandwich didn't appear to be a quality product either.

Then when they remade it, they made it WRONG AGAIN!

So, I decided to go with a cold sub the THIRD TIME so I could watch them make it correctly.

When it came to adding the ingredients, the person on the line had no clue what Mike's way meant, I had to repeat myself several times explaining what Mike's way included.

Men's restroom also needed attention.

40 minutes in total trying to get a single sub made correctly.

Sometimes, you go to a franchise for consistency but this franchise is a complete mess.

I worked at Jersey Mike's as a general manager for a few years in my college years and was not impressed with the way this operation handles it's operations.

Had a sub delivered and yall should be ashamed of how hard the bacon is on my sub. The person who assembled the sub had to know that this was not a good decision they were making. I can’t even chew it as it is like chewing a piece of plastic. Jersey Mikes please do better!

I will never order here again and never use DoorDash the DoorDash driver took my food I called Jersey mikes and they remade and didn’t charge thankful but my order was wrong 😑 I paid 40 dollars for the order I can’t drive I rely on orders delivered to me it’s sad what this town is coming to sad 😔
