Was driving through town and stopped at this deli on Monday March 25th because of the reviews. The deli was busy and the employees very friendly. We ordered a Philly cheese steak, a meatloaf sandwich, an Italian sandwich, and some garlic knots. The Philly tasted like steak um meat, the salami still had paper packaging on it and was cut very thick, the meatloaf sandwich didn't have much flavor, and the garlic knots had a dash of garlic powder and some of the most bland marinara I've ever tasted. The people were very friendly and the restaurant seemed clean. Unfortunately I can't recommend the food as out of four dishes not one was worth the money.

They were busy and there was one larger table left. They said there had to be six in our party to sit there. There were four of us. I thought it was ridiculous because there were plenty of two person groups that were sitting at tables for four people. What's the difference. Sure enough, they let a party of five sit at the large table, so we left.

Bought a $40 King Cake on Tuesday. It was so stale that a couple of our dinner guests that evening didn't eat it. Made three calls before I got a manager on the phone- all she could say is that "I'm sorry." Was not willing to adjust the price or offer me another baked product. Will never go there again.

Food is good. Wasn’t the greatest. The Lana noodles were tough. Prices are reasonable. Workers are friendly. Portion of lasagna was large amount.

Chicken Philly cheese steak was awesome. The 6" was more than enough and a large order of fries was enough for 3 people. The desserts are amazing, had to take that home to eat. Great place and can't wait to try other menu items.

Waited almost an hour and a half just on food. Multiple people came after us and were served before us and we were almost completely ignored by the staff. We got our food when the store was technically closed already and they still wanted to charge us for a refill. I understand they have policies but the employees were legit closing the restaurant already. Was family favorite restaurant of mine but never had these problems before, unacceptable.

I went to Martinho's at 3:10 PM January 2. I was greeted promptly by a friendly hostes. I was told to sit anywhere and that someone would take my order soon. The place was not busy. There were 4 booths and one table with a few people at each, who already had been served. I had expected more diners on this opening day under new management.I had intended to dine in and order an appetizer, sandwich, drink and considered ordering a dessert. After sitting at a table, I got up and ordered a sandwich and drink at the register. My receipt shows that I placed my order at 3:25.While I sat waiting, I could see the hostes and two young women hanging out at the register and talking. The hostess offered the excuse that she and the other staff were not quite familiar with the technology of the register.I think that at least asking what I wanted to drink and then bringing that to me would have been too distracting to the staff.I ordered a Reuben and Iced Tea to go. I tipped 15 %, even though I was tempted to not tip at all.The Reuben contained a lot of meat, but the meat was dry. There was a small amount of dressing and sauerkraut on the sandwich. The rye bread was cooked well, but it lacked flavor.I hope service improves as time goes on.
