Friendly staff and fast service
I went to the drive-through, the customer service was very friendly. Unfortunately, my McNuggets were cold.
Cold Service was sorry .
A group of us stopped here for lunch during a road trip. The place was clean, and there were accommodations for our entire group.
The counter person was very pleasant and extremely helpful and professional. She showed great patience while our entire group placed an order.
We were seated while waiting for our food and beverages. Items were brought to our tables once they were prepared, which was a very nice and helpful touch.
Each order was correct, and all of the food tasted pretty good. I would gladly return to this McDonald's for a meal.
Took forever to get my food, lots of people came in, saying their orders were completely wrong.
I was at McDonald’s the other day and i ordered a Big Mac and my cousin a happy meal and they got my bag Mac way wrong and the food was cold so i took it bad and got hot food
I like French fries it's a guilty pleasure of mine.
Went through drive thru made an order got to first window he asked if we wanted a receipt and we chose no. Picked up the food at the second window and I mentioned to my husband his drink was small but we went on. Handed my daughter the bad of food in the back seat as we were pulling off and she noticed our food was wrong. We ordered 3 McDoubles and there were 2 in the bag and she said there are 2 chicken nuggets in here and we only should have had 1. So we turn around go back to drive thru to tell them our order is wrong and apparently the shift manager Jeff yells with an attitude from either the fry hopper or he was expediting food but said if they don’t have a receipt they need to call my General Manager Joe and they took our bag of food and shut the window and would not open it back up. So they took the food we paid for, no refund and could not correct the food. I went inside and at counter I told a worker I needed to see the manager and he was standing there expediting food ignored me and would not come to talk to me. I said I would call an officer to assist me since someone not management material could. And he made comment to his fellow worker completely with attitude, did she say call an officer and chuckled. The police came and went inside to talk to him and I told them at this point I don’t want food from here scared they will do something bad to it. But she said his new equipment would not let him reply the receipt and I would need to call his general manager without giving me correct contact he gave the officer someone else’s receipt with the store number which you can’t get anyone on and at this time he didn’t want to trespass anyone. He explained to the officer that they have been having many people trying to get free food saying there order was wrong. This by far was the worst experience my family has ever had at any restaurant. We paid for our food and had it taken away from us so we were stolen from this McDonald’s. No refund no correction and they took the food we had. We had to go to another McDonalds location to get our food. We were treated very poorly when we paid money and could have paid extra if the order was taken wrong. But it just seems to me the order taker is making mistakes and this may be why you have so many people returning back for missing items. Seems to have poor management and many problems within training for their employees. I believe Jeff needs anger management, demotion and proper training. So whoever Jeff is which I was told General Manager also seems to need additional training on who he hires to run his store and what requirements they need to fit the position. They have major issues at this location. I warn you to not go there to prevent problems for yourself. At least my granddaughter got her happy meal I guess we just didn’t get to eat as a family as we always do since we let her eat while it was hot with all the unnecessary treatment we didn’t get food for another 45 minutes from another location which was pleasant. Bought the same food twice just to eat once.
Ever since they changed to a kiosk or app ordering they completely ignore cleaning tables and the register area , which is unfortunate as that is the only way to pay with cash
Typical McDonald's, got breakfast in drive through and it was fine except they didn't give enough butter when I even asked for extra.

Not coming here again They take forever and they don’t give you all your food and you got to wait till they fix your food that you are missing
So today my mother placed a nice size order and the order was wrong and she sent it back and the store manager or the manager who was on duty he was a guy I had a little attitude and the woman with the long ponytail who treated a person who looks like her nice but the one that didn't look like her which was my mother rude. The order was incorrect both times but we left it took 30 minutes and when the woman with the ponytail blonde hair told her manager that I was going to report them to corporate he asked why and explain that he didn't do anything so that tells me that he has this bad attitude at work constantly and this is not the first time he's been reported. Of course you know they didn't give me any names. My service will not be needed at this location not good customer service. And I still am calling corporate.
I've ordered from this McDonald's around a dozen times now since I've moved to mebane....and I must say 10 times has been horrible from the long waits to the horrible service to not getting my order right....I spent 35 dollars tonight in the drive thru and my order was messed up....made me wait dam near 10 mins for cookies never told me they had to make cookies and I felt the cookies their not even fresh....my fries were cold didn't offer new ones....got my drinks messed up and gave me 4 drinks instead of 5 smh.....I asked for extra sauce thank God because I got 30 nuggets and he only gave me 4 sauces so thank God I asked for 2 extra sauces....smh....I'm just tired of being silent about this McDonald's....I told the manager and he just gave me my cookies and said I didn't know you were waiting for cookies and walked off.....I asked for no pickles on my big Mac because I'm allergic they gave me extra pickles......asked for hi-c orange they gave me 2 orange Fanta smh.....this was only tonight if I talk about the other 9 times I'll run out of space this McDonald's is horrible management needs to come in and make it better because mebane is a great city to live in but now I'm like I'll go to Graham or haw river McDonald's out my way just so I'd know I'm going to get good hot correct food in a speedy time ......McDonald's needs to tighten up‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Food was hot but restrooms were disgusting.
Food is always on point all the time the customer service is awesome and they remember who you are if you do come there more than once and I smile and greet you and ask you how they've been if they recognize you and the food once again is on point
