Stopped in Christmas morning for breakfast. I have say the food and service was probably one of the best McDonalds experiences I’ve ever had. Food was hot and fresh.

15 minutes in a drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Asked twice if I’m using the app, then finished the order with horrible attitude. “Is that all? iight pull around. Can you give me my total? Well if it ain’t come up on the screen then I don’t know”…. Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. Also I ordered a Mc double but they gave me a double with extra pickles and they rung up a cheese burger with no pickles. Also workers standing around on their phones and not moving with any sort of urgency. Handed me my food and did not say thank you or anything. Just handed the food and closed the window. Is this how nc Donald’s operates now?

Just left here late and without food. After waiting for 20 mins in line I get to the window and I’m told oh we can't do cards. The credit card reader is down because it lost power and they can’t figure out how to turn it on. Are you serious? Thanks won’t be back here.

Order on app, food was absolutely disgusting! Old fries recooked some so hard you couldn't eat them others so soggy with grease. And the meat on the burger was grayish and tasted off almost like it wasn't cooked all the way. This place is a joke. And this was at 1130pmish. But got a feeling nothing will be done till someone get really sick and sues over! Had to go back cause work delivery apps and saw meat patties being cooked in a boiler like basket and cooker. So it maybe that mine wasn't done completely.

The higher the price the smaller and smaller the food item gets. The burgers are down to 3 small bites, same with the fish sandwich. The fries were cold and hadn't been salted. There were no pickles on the burgers. When you get a to go order should you have to eat it in the parking lot to make sure it is correct? Ridiculous!
