Look the manager at the facility has no business being a manager. She doesn’t know how to talk to her employees or customers. I will never eat here or recommend this place ever again….Please train her on customer service And how to talk to her employees. I would call Human Resources. Worst experience at a McDonald’s And it was the morning shift manager. Evidently breakfast shift is too much for her to handle.

The food is never fresh The employees are rude You would think after sitting there for 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger it would be fresh but it's dry and old not only that the employees do not interact with you at all they do not smile they do not wave they do not ask you anything they just put your food on the counter and walk away they don't even call out the the food order number

Drive thru is normally slow, but they are extremely slow during late night hours. Went through the drive thru and was told they were not taking orders unless you came inside. Had to wait for my food for over 30 minutes, and all I ordered was 2 mcchickens and a coke.

The crispy chicken strips were too crispy to have any taste. A smaller serving size would make them more palatable to me. I ended up throwing two of them away, which probably means I will never order them again.

Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin real early in the morning or late at night. Bottom half of the muffin was so hard it pulled my dentures out of my mouth when I tried to bite into it.

Not all that bad of a location. Kinda busy as most fast food places that are located inside of truck stops and travel plazas.
Friendly staff and a clean restaurant. Food was like any other Golden Arches. Fresh fries were a good thing today.
