I would stay away from this McDonaldâs. The managers are just as nasty and unprofessional as the crew and the store! I have seen the cooks play in their hair and use headphones and still keep the same gloves on the same gloves that are use to prepare food plus I use to work at this location for 1 week and I left because of the lack of respect, they have a favorite employees that they treat different from others, and the lack of safety and sanitation! I highly recommend you go else where. If you like to be mistreated and ripped off your dollar then this is the place for you!

The new morning staff do not have good customer service. They are rude and they get attitudes easily. They are very inconsistent with prices. One day they ring your items up as a combo the next day they ring it up separately.

So this is the 3rd time I've gotten a frappe from here and they have under filled it significantly the employees here straight up ignore you at the counter until the Manager either deals with the customers or tells someone to do it. Will not be spending any more money at this location.
What type of restaurant advertises 24 hour service. Then I go in and sorry we are closed we need to switch menus, what a load of crock. If the staff cannot change from one menu to another on the fly they need firing. If the manager is any good they will fix this. I was told I couldn't order for at least an hour. Just laziness by the staff

Went there because the one down the road was crowded. Food was typical of McDonald's. Service was poor. The staff was not friendly. I should have gone to the great one in Hillsborough where the folks are welcoming and the service and food are always great.
