The crust was unbelievably thin for being hand tossed, it was basically falling apart because it didn’t have a foundation to stand on. The dough was undercooked. The cheese sticks were good but considering that they are probably lower effort that makes sense, the staff were perfectly normal to interact with and the building is what you would expect of a pizza hut, but I have never been so disappointed by the food, and its pizza hut so my expectations are not that high to begin with.

This store has repeatedly in the past not gotten my order correct. Recently ordered 2 pan crust cheese but got 2 cheese stuft crust. Usually have to use special instructions and say "make sure it's pan!" I didn't do that this time and they still managed to screw up the order. Plus delivery was over 30 mins late. Used to be good but not no more. Won't be ordering here again anytime soon.

I recently visited Pizza Hut, on Mebane Oaks Rd! The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The pizza was absolutely delicious — the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.
Steven demonstrated an excellent level of professionalism while being personable at the same time. Keep up the good work guys!!

Guy answering the phone didn't want to work, it's pizza.. make one. Hung up on me, when I called back a woman answering the phone. Didn't know who answered it. It was some lazy azz I just wanted a pizza but poppa John's will always get my pizza money now
New to the area so getting to know new restaurants and of course the chains that are everywhere. Found out the chains are NOT all the same. Pizza Hut for example is ok where we used to live…here in Mebane it’s Great! The staff is so polite and the pizza is always to our specifications. Nice to know your order will ne quick and accurate. Very pleased customers

We called our order in. Asked for THICK crust and picked up the pizza, got home, THIN crust. That was 3 weeks ago. My wife went to the store, once again ordered beef and pepperoni THICK crust. Got home THIN crust. Why is it so damn hard to get a simple order right? I'd understand if we ordered 10 things and they got one wrong but one damn thing. I even understood when we called in and got some damn call center that seemed to not understand or speak much English. But geez.. face to face and they still can't get it right.
