Absolutely disgusting, I came in earlier today and the snow balls had no flavor at all. I communicated this with the staff and all they did was add more flavorless syrup. The other customers that were there were experiencing the same issue I was. The staff even mentioned that the syrups were new which is even more disappointing. Everything has changed since last years opening, new cups half the flavors and in my opinion with many others they are all flavorless.

Showed up at the establishment with 10 min till 6pm. Per Google the closing time is 6pm and we show up and the lady says they are closed at 5 on Sundays. Y’all need to update time on the website because I just drove 20 min to come over here and be turned away.

We stopped by & had a yummy treat on a beautiful March day. I had a cream soda/cherry cola snow ball. The kids had gummies in theirs. The staff was super helpful and friendly as we made our choice from the many many flavor options.

Visiting my parents from Florida 7mo pregnant sooo hot looking to cool off. Ran across Polar Panda and was happy to find a sweet couple with delicious sno balls. I always look for black business to support and will be telling my friends in the area.
Love this locally owned and operated place. It's just a fun place to visit. Staff could not be nicer

Snowcones are good and reasonable priced, but half the time they are closed when they say they are open and we drive out there and it’s closed early or not open at all from what they say their hours are. It’s happened to my family at least 4 times now, be cautious!

My grandsons and I L❤️VE this place. On nice days, we're able to take a walk and stop here for a treat.
