Carry-out order - Chicken Caesar Salad had romaine lettuce hot and wilted. Salad had set under heat lamps with other food. Salad was not edible. No butter was included for baked potato. Cheesecake desserts included no strawberry topping as pictured. I am a regular customer but will not be going back.

We have eaten at this location in Mebane many times in the past. When we first started going there, the sanitation rating was in the upper 90’s. The rating has steadily been decreasing, and it was down to 90 on our visit this week on 11/4/25. If the rating does not increase, we will have to stop going to Ruby Tuesday. There’s just no acceptable reason for not keeping the restaurant clean! BTW - Went to the Greensboro Ruby Tuesday today 11/7/25. It had a sanitation rating of 97.5 and was very clean!

Pretty bad, even for a crappy fast food place. Empty. Server was polite enough, but our expectations were pretty low after seeing the state of the dining room: dirty, crumbs everywhere, food on the floor right in front of our table. No-one cares here- the management obv. doesn't give a crap. Potato skins were ok, the rest (burger, sirloin steak, etc, ugh) . I would guess most everything is frozen then reheated. Big miss.

Had a very upsetting experience at Ruby Tuesday in Mebane (103 Spring Forest Dr.) on Aug 16. Service was already poor, but when it came time to pay, both my husband’s and my card had issues with their machine. Instead of assisting, the manager pulled up a chair and loudly told us “everyone else’s card worked except yours,” which was humiliating in front of the entire restaurant. After finally paying with Apple Pay, he walked away without any apology. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Kelsey is this best bartender. Always quick and friendly. Had the pleasure meeting manager Jared. He was very friendly professional and very helpful with staff.

IDK HOW THIS PLACE IS EVEN OPEN. Terrible Terrible experience. There was only 1 waitress in the entire store..was pretty much servicing the OTHER table the entire time we were there..never came once to us to ask if we need anything but went to the other table about 3-4 times the whole time we were there even tho we asked for ketchup and she never brought it. Drinks were bad, food was terribly made with very low quality ingredients. Bathrooms didn’t have tissues 😤, wall had smeared old ketchup on it right next to our table it was disgusting 🤢! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
