Portion was not at ALL worth the $25/$26 they charge per meal. We got about half the amount of vegetables we are used to getting at other places similar and the quality of the food was not up to par. Also we got charged an 18% automatic gratuity for a party of 4. Spread your money further and go to Kanki or somewhere else!

Tina was so kind and very helpful! I’m from out of town and had a craving that this place 10/10 curried! I got the Alaskan roll and the spicy tuna roll with extra wasabi and soy! Only $18 which is a steal from my local market! It was very fresh, and great atmosphere! I’m going to be in Mebane often going forward and will definitely return! Thank you Tina🤍 it was ready early and perfect!

Amazing place. Been going since I was a kid and the magic is still there. Made my little sister's birthday dinner so special this year.

I'm so glad we have Sake in Mebane. I feel if they updated the interior a little bit on the sushi side, it would make such a difference. The sushi is always on point.

I am guessing this is rated by local hicks in the area but this place is just bad, if you even received any type of service here I’m surprised. We walked in there, no one even acknowledged us and then he immediately tried to sit us at a table instead of asking us why we even came? Then tells us it’s going to be 30 mins for them to even provide someone to cook in front of us.. there was an entire family there before us and they weren’t even being served yet either. Decor is terrible, service is terrible, and we didn’t even get to do food because we left. Don’t even waste your time.

Please update your google hours, it shows open on Monday and went there and it’s closed! Sign said closed on Monday .. Just a thought

Went here for my 19th birthday and it was amazing they were really kind and had great hospitality and were entertaining with the cooking and super nice and just overall k recommend it by far because when they cook in front of you it’s amazing and delicious definitely recommend by far

This was actually very disappointing. The food was so bland. Even after asking for "extra seasoning". I won't make a long review. This place just was not anywhere NEAR worth the money. I should have known when there was only one other family there obviously celebrating an occasion like my family was so we all just seemed to make the best of it. If you want good Japanese at a cook in front place this is not it. At all.
