My husband just tried to go into this store to get himself some dinner after working all day. He went in an hour before they closed, and was promptly told by the “employee” on shift tonight that “he wasn’t making any more orders.” My husband kindly reminded him that they weren’t closed for another hour, but the guy simply said he wasn’t going to make any more orders tonight. This isn’t the first, second, or third bad experience we have had at this location. Something needs to be done about the absolutely horrendous staff at this location. It’s so close to our house, so it would be nice to be able to go there. But 9/10 times we try we are either greeted with unpleasant staff or they simply aren’t willing to do their job of making a sandwich.

Literally the worst subway ever. The veggies were not fresh and the server was putting like 4 pieces of lettuce and not even spreading them out just doing like a build up of the stuff in the middle

Unfriendly server, made a sloppy sub and really could have cared less. I said thank you he never once said boo. They had been busy and he was tired and unhappy. Either he needs to find another job or the owner needs to step up and make sure they have enough support to handle the customers.
Really crummy experience all the way around. Do not recommend. I guess that is way they have a what... 3.5 review. Does the owner read his reviews?????
Just threw a 12 inch sub out to the animals. Not a good sub and having an unhappy and unfriendly server make your food is not a great experience. I have been in customer service almost my whole life so I can cut people a whole lot of slack but not tonight!!!!!

Everyone's experience is different, of course. But my experience today, Sunday, December 7, 2024, was just great. I entered this Subway hearing a very warm welcome, "how may I help you," proceeded by a courteous chat related to my Thanksgiving Day. Good old fashion customer service for this 70-plus woman. I appreciated the good focus on my order. Thank you, Amy & crew ! I hope to drop in again soon. Until...Merry Christmas, again.

Tim is amazing, he takes his time to prepare your food and I understand most sandwiches have the same ingredients but the way he makes his are so good. I cant even explain into words but definitely a great experience and service everytime i go here and he's there. Ill be a returning customer from now on.

Not sure what this stores malfunction is, there a female manager there who is constantly causing issues with customers not refunding and has stank attitude, alot of the mebane community at this point as had interaction with her and they've been terrible to the point customers are calling police. They sell out dated meats and veggies that are wayyy past the day dot, I think most of us will be choosing a different restaurant from here on out if subway does not correct her behavior and the staffs lack of care to basic health dept standards.
