I came to this location at exactly 8:02 PM. September 6th. The place closes at 9 PM. When I came inside one of their employees told me that I could only buy stuff if I was paying cash and I was not eating inside when I asked her why can’t I eat inside? They said it’s because they already cleaned the establishment and they don’t want to clean again. I then told her I was going to write a review about that because we have an hour still, she said “ok” then behind my back she made mocking faces which my wife and my son saw. The employee name is Emory. I’m writing this review because I would love for a manager or even the owner to realize that they have lazy employees working and they don’t want to do extra work. I own a business and I understand how frustrating is to have employees like Emory.

By far the worst place I’ve ever visited. Completely careless staff served a sandwich with frozen patties. No wonder automation and robots are replacing such jobs. Please use brains…..
I know many go here because they are hungry and tired due to shopping, do me a favor please take a drive and go somewhere else….

Went inside to order my sub. I saw the guy emptying the trash. He proceeded to come ask me what I wanted and pulled out the paper to get ready to make it. Not once did he take his gloves off to wash his hands and change the gloves. I just said no thank you. Told him what he did and walked out.

No Ice, No Straws, No Napkins, Bathroom not working, Drinks were flat, Not clean. The 2 young workers looked defeated. Wasn't even crowded. I'm honestly not even a picky person but DAMN.

Terrible environment. As soon as I walked in it was crowded and no one was at the front. A young man sticked his head out and I assume just laughed among his coworkers at the crowd. Then a lady walked out and yelled at everyone to get in line or to sit down to which it already seemed people were in line. I stayed back to order but the tables were all dirty and the bar where they made the sandwich’s was also very dirty. - Find another subway or just walk to the place next door for a more stable environment.

It's a Subway, nothing special. Granted, once in a while I get a craving, but if you want a better chain restaurant sandwich go down the street to Jersey Mikes.

5:00 pm on Sunday. Store is full of people eating and having drinks. Notice the chairs were being stacked on the tables already. Didn’t think much of it. Go to order. Ordered a cheese pizza. Was told they were out of pizzas. No biggie. Convinced my kid to get a kids turkey. Was told the only meats they had were salami and pepperoni. Said they weren’t able to prep anything else because they were getting ready to close… in two hours! I myself am the general manager of a popular sandwich shop and I would be compelled to let any of my employees go if I ever heard that they couldn’t prep anything since they were closing soon. I’m not normally someone to leave a review but I am simply shocked. But after reading some of these other reviews it really doesn’t surprise me.

Yesterday I went to this subway at the mebane outlets I ordered a tuna sandwich and I got it and it was spoiled and rotten, I took it back to get a new one and the worker was only giving me the options of ham when I saw that they’re were other things there, I said I wanted turkey or tuna , and he said since I was being “nice” he will give me turkey after I had finished my sandwich I noticed that he put it on a dirty paper that looked like he had taken it out the trash, now I am disgusted by what I had to go through there and the rudeness of the worker.
