So I believe this is my first bad review and I've always been a big fan of Subway lol
We ordered twice and both orders were wrong.. Like completely šŸ˜‚

Order #1
We ordered 2 subs that were made incorrectly 2 drinks and didn't receive them and a foot long chocolate peppermint cookie ( which was free with the online deal ), didn't receive that either and a pretzel which also we didn't receive..

Order #2
We got our money back from door dash and decided to try again. We decided to just be thankful for the subs we got and give some grace and get our own drinks somewhere else.

We both wanted to try out the new foot long cookies and my wife is obsessed with pretzels so that's what we tried to get.

Our door dasher called us and said they didn't have that foot long cookie and advised us we could choose a different flavor.

We chose double chocolate. Instead we didn't receive any foot long cookies and got 8 random cookies. We got some double chocolate so I was happy but not so much for my wife lol

Annnnnnnddd no pretzel... I now am in fear for my life due to the fact that my wife ordered this food after her newly born baby and needed something to help settle her mind.. Pray for me brothers! Lol šŸ™šŸ¼

Ordered online twice they screwed it up so badly. I do not know how you can mess an order up this bad the wrong bread on both subs and half the toppings requested were not there they switched the toppings requested for our subs. Ordered a holiday foot long cookie and pretzel foot long didn't get it the first order also didn't get the drink we ordered reordered the foot long cookie and foot long pretzel apparently they didn't have that foot long cookie we were asked what other one we wanted instead of getting the foot long cookie we were giving half the flavor we asked for and half a flavor we don't like of there regular cookies and again didn't get our pretzel. Extremely unhappy with this location. If I could give negative stars I would.

Hi all
It's not new here .Same like previous reviews, the staff are very rude to customers.
Please don't order online for pickup this store because these guys are working here so rude to online customers.Also, the previous reviews mentioned that the this guys don't know the English well and they can't understand when we order even at the counter.I felt there is no food place here so they are getting more customers so that they no need to give proper service to customers.Better plan food from outside when guys are going to this tanger outlet.I am avoiding this store in my future.

Finally, the owner of this store, please read all the reviews, and the common comments are that staff are very rude.
So make some changes and grow your business.Also, if you are not interested in online orders pls inform Subway and don't participate in that.

Let me be honest and say upfront that I’m not a big Subway fan. I was picking up lunch for my son and his friend on a Sunday afternoon. There was a line and only one lady working behind the counter by herself. Bless her heart, she was doing the best she could. But for those in a hurry, it would not have been fast enough, and a line was forming. Thankfully, I did not have a time limit and my son had me to pick this up for him. Otherwise, he would have definitely been late getting back from lunch.

I tried a couple of the new items that looked good, but I was not impressed. I ordered the chicken and cheese dipper for myself since I was not very hungry. I also tried my son’s fiery meatball sub on a ghost pepper bread that was toasted. I had it made exactly the way they recommended, but we did not like it.

The prices are hard to beat but my personal preference are still the competitors’ more expensive subs.

I placed a grub hub order. After 20 minutes the order was canceled. Grub hub said it was canceled due to a menu item not being available. I called the store and spoke with Jonathan who said there wasn't a grub hub order canceled. That was a lie. I verified with grub hub the correct store. This was a $80 order. I'll find a different subway from now on.

Went there today August 12,2024 it is the worse customer service ! I saw the workers talking so rude to an Asian customer just because he couldn’t underhand English we just decided to leave since he talked to us in a bad mood. Don’t go!!

Literally the worst place you can go to. Their food has had MOLD on it on more than one occasion and their customer service is literally the worst ever. If you place an online order they always accept it, even if they don’t have what you ordered so instead of canceling or calling you to tell you they don’t have what you want you end up paying for it anyway. They also refuse to do returns for the items they don’t have that you paid for

Do not come here if you are looking for any semblance of customer service. Placed an online order, waited 20 minutes to walk into the store… Order hadn’t even been started. Employee only had these words for me ā€œyeah, it’s not ready.ā€ Really wish I hadn’t been so hasty adding that tip beforehand. You’re better off hitting a drive-thru somewhere.

I wouldn't have known there was avocado on my sandwich if I hadn't seen her put the smallest amount possible on it. The workers were overwhelmed with three people in line. The line was not well stocked and when I asked for black olives instead of grabbing more they put the five slices that were left on my sandwich and called it a day. The tables were also dirty. And they decided to ring up the person behind me in line before bothering to finish my sandwich. My mother was already sitting down eating before they had even bothered to finish my order.

Felt very disrespected and discriminated against after visiting this Subway to purchase just a fountain drink beverage a little after 1 pm Saturday, July 15. The cashier, Sandra, was very rude, and disrespectful, and told my 3 year old to keep her nasty hands off of the cups. My 3 year old mistakenly grabbed an additional cup, thinking that I purchased a fountain drink for myself also but I did not. She is 3...not 12. I told Sandra this, and informed her to not speak to my 3 year old this way. As if that wasn't enough, I asked if there were more lids for the small size fountain cups, and they said the lids were there. I said these do not fit, and then I asked if they had lids again, and one woman proceeded to yell over to me apologizing, saying they had been busy all day which was understandable, but then the young man literally stopped while making a customer's sandwich and walked over to where the cash register area was just to tell me that I needed to go ahead and leave and I "could go ahead and leave." Wow. Just wow Mebane Tanger Outlets, do better. It's Mebane for goodness sake. Mebane, a charming, family-friendly town. I have never experienced such a classless act. If your team members behave like this, I can only imagine what the general manager who hired them acts like and not to mention, the franchise owner. Corporate and HR will be called on Monday. Never had someone speak to me like this, let alone my 3 year old. Disgusting establishment and should not be a standalone at the Tanger Outlets.
