My family and I visited this restaurant on Monday, March 17, 2025, for a quick, healthy lunch. When we arrived, I initially didn’t pay much attention to the meat counter, but I later noticed that it was completely blocked off, making it impossible to see the meats. Only the vegetables were visible for selection, as usual.
We dined in, and over time, the restaurant seemed quite empty. Unfortunately, after our meal, all of us became very sick with severe stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. The only meal we all ate together that day was at this restaurant, under the conditions I mentioned.
I find it very concerning that the meats were covered up, and if there was an issue with the food we were served. Thankfully, after two horrible days, we are finally recovering. This was definitely not a virus because our symptoms were intense but going away until now. So worry if they were more people affected about this.
I hope this review brings attention to any potential food safety concerns, as no one should have to go through this experience.
My only intention is to bring more awareness of safety protocols because on these days people can be confused on getting a virus or when you are ate something in bad conditions.

I’ve eaten at plenty of subways and have always had a great experience.. even if I ask to substitute something off a premade idea on the menu.. however, tonight.. the woman very rudely told me that a “ chicken Philly” was not on the menu and had an attitude. She then asked me what chicken I would want. I very nicely told her never mind then and got something else. She proceeded to say something to her coworker and walk towards the back shaking her head. I get it.. it’s 8pm.. probably tired.. but please… treat customers better. I wasn’t rude to you so do better. And also, your hours state open til 9.. but closed the gate at 8:15.

I know there are bad experiences in restaurants but I have never had one from here. Especially today. Absolutely amazing with the ones working there today. I hope the people that run this place see this.
Tried adding another review but couldn’t so I will edit the last one. Literally no affiliation and know no one there personally. Different people this time and the exact same amazing service. 7-13-2024. Once again, they are amazing. I HATE going into Walmart for anything but we go there to grab things and pick up sandwiches from here. It’s the highlight of the trip. 5 stars for the last 4 trips here. No clue what anyone else is expecting.

I have had fairly positive experiences. Had a couple of real nice ones. They do try to make it right which is why I have learned, place an online in the parking lot & then go watch them make it. I watch like a hawk.They have been nice about telling me if something was out & I rarely have trouble with them

The girl that was making my subs obviously didn’t know how to make them. I tell her to put extra lettuce on it and she put just very little bit on it. I had to tell her that all throughout making my sub. The coupons wouldn’t work. And the manager couldn’t even change it. So she had to call somebody to get the right price of my coupon. I will never come here no more never again.

530 on October 17th a boy named Josh and an older white woman. Walked in wanting a meatball sub for my son who wasn’t with me. She says there is no meatballs. Told her to hold on because I had to call him to see what he wants. She then proceeds to yell “what do you want!!” I asked her if there was a problem… she then yells “I just want to know what you want!” I said “I know what I want but you don’t have it therefore I have to check and see what he wants.” I then stood there and thought to myself, I don’t want someone who is speaking to me like this making my food! Rude customer service!!! I walked out she then proceeds to tell Josh loudly so I can hear “this f—-er doesn’t even know what he wants and the walks back to the back! I tell you, good help is hard to find so I’m guessing subway hires anyone!! I understand you’re older and you’re working with teens but don’t take it out on me or these customers!!

So went to subway. Ordered the beast. She fixed the sandwich did not put roast beef. I said you forgot the roast beef. That's when she decided to say oh were out of roastbeef. I said we'll since your out of roastbeef. Just put more ham. She rudely said no we can not do that. So if you don't have all the meats for the sandwich. Why not let customers know before you make it. That would have been a rip off. And still wanted to charge full price. Rude employees. Walmart mebane oaks rd. Mebane. Now I'm watching them heat the sandwich up to eat for themselves. Will never come here again.

My order of subs were made completely wrong. It must be something wrong with the website because I ordered online and a lot of the ingredients selected where wrong. I called back 10 minutes until closing time and very rude woman answer the phone. She told me the restaurants was closed but I can come back tomorrow and have the subs replaced but I needed to bring the subs back. No worries because the subs are not edible! They just threw the subs together and they tasted worst than they looked. I took one bite and immediately regretted my choice of that Subway. I don’t want the subs replaced I just want my money back. They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them. It’s more like negative 2 starts.
