Hash browns burnt up , no refills on coffee unless u ask and wait , took them a good 20 mins to burn the food and maybe there were 6 people in there so busy was no excuse , I was prepared to make our waitress Christmas excellent with a large monetary gift if she were a good hard working waitress, but that was not seen so I left no tip at all because me and my wife did not think she deserved it !

Standard fare. Went for the Grits that were fantastic!! Cook was professional and it was obvious he took pride and he cleaned while waiting for more customers. Servers were on their phone despite tables that could be cleaned.

Walked in around 6:50 am a guy named Tyler didn’t even acknowledge my existence and I stood there around 15 mins and my order was never taken. Needless to say I won’t be back. Didn’t appear to be busy just that Tyler didn’t know what he was doing. The cook even told him to take my order and he still didn’t.

Dined for late night dinner. Bacon came way too done black on edges. Asked for bacon not quite so done, got bacon 2nd time not cooked enough to eat, and greasy. The eggs, hashbrowns and toast were good. But needless to say I won't be back to this location.

Want some eggs bacon and waffles to so decide to go here. Ordered our food, by the server was very nice. I watched the cook, touch raw bacon, then pick up a plate, then cheese, all this with the same gloves, then someone’s cook bacon, still not washing hands and changing gloves, after watching all that I made the choice of not eating their. I understand being busy, due to I’m a restaurant manger but that was way to much, to watch. I told the server to cancel out Oder. Thought she would apologize and say drinks out is but nope still paid for my coffee and my assistants drink. This is unacceptable, we need to make sure we do the right things in a restaurant sitting other peoples lives are in our hands.
A little slow here when it gets busy so keep in mind what hours you're around. Overall really love wafflehouse a great go to for breakfast 😋 they do dine in, and take out. No drive thru (Obvi). The waiters are super nice. Place is small so when busy can be a bit loud if you don't mind that then all is well~

Ordered a steak bowl. Hashbrowns were over cooked, there was no cheese & when I asked the waitress to put a piece on top, the cook started yelling at waitress. Will never go back to this waffle house
